The arrogant attitude of the sellers. It feels like they were doing a favor, not selling flowers. They could not advise anything, complete removal from the client. With prices for your own product of additional items of small items and gifts. I will not have any more desire to consider this pavilion and will not advise anyone.

I ordered a bouquet and stipulated in advance that I need to pick it up by 8.00 . I stood in the cold for 20 minutes . So also the late lady turned on the cash register for another 5 minutes . She gave the order as if I owed her more money (although the order was not for a small amount and was paid in full on the day of the order)..... terribly arrogant attitude towards the buyer
