TERRIBLE STORE!
I will tell my story:
somewhere in May 2k24 they told me that if you want, we will make a refund within 14 days (I bought headphones for 600 rubles +-). yesterday I bought a webcam for 700 rubles, I thought that it would also be possible to return the money. after 10 minutes, I realized that this was TOO spontaneous a purchase, and went to return the funds. they refused me saying that "yyyyy it is necessary to enter passport data, full name and number in this document, but we cannot return the money to you without a document, even if you did not open it, because there is no word refund in the constitution of the Russian Federation"
In accordance with Article 25 of the law "On Consumer Protection", the return of goods of proper quality is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase.
