It's nice to see your favorite network in Astana. There is also a renovation on the second floor, there are few seats. Turkish tea and coffee like in Istanbul are very tasty, but baklava was tastier in Istanbul, although it looks the same externally. The ice cream is very tasty. The lamb kebab was a little dry. We are waiting for the opening in Moscow🙏

"This Turkish restaurant is a real gem! From the moment I entered, I was struck by the atmosphere - cozy, stylish, and an atmosphere that simply charges with positive emotions. The interior is made in a traditional Turkish style with exquisite details, which creates an atmosphere of the real east. But, of course, the main impression remained from the culinary experience. The taste of traditional Turkish dishes is simply amazing - fragrant and full of flavor. We were especially pleased with the variety of desserts - each of them is like a work of art and a real treat for sweet gourmets. From honey baklava to traditional Turkish tea, every dessert was simply delicious. The service is at the highest level - the staff is friendly and professional. In general, this is a place that is definitely worth a visit if you appreciate authentic cuisine, beautiful interior and excellent service. I will definitely come back here again!"

Delicate viscous ice cream of our own production (better than Turkish), original and traditional desserts in excellent performance and the relaxing atmosphere of evening Astana did not leave anyone from the company indifferent. Fragrant pear tea with a pronounced taste and delicious desserts accompanied by the sounds of a musical fountain will remain a warm memory of this beautiful city. It is worth noting separately that Red velvet is the most delicious of those that I have ever tasted. Hot dishes, namely gozleme tortillas, kebabs are also very good. We thank the administration and the waiters of the restaurant for a great evening, fast service and friendliness!

Firstly, it is difficult to find a parking space (even paid - it was Sunday evening), the staff is attentive, the dishes are high-quality but for an amateur (Turkish cuisine)... I didn't have enough (comfort and coziness - I don't want to come back a second time)...

Honestly, I didn't get the main dishes
The tea is delicious
Desserts are delicious
Ice cream and baklava are delicious
Everything else is so-so

Disappointed and honestly, it's not worth it to spend time here - unless you're out for sweets. Sweets are normal. The rest is... well, sad. Most likely you will be unhappy if you have ever been to a normal restaurant…
Positive:
1. Well, the location is cool
2. The service is good, even very good
3. The inside is average, nothing special
4. Desserts are good!
5. There is a room for mom and baby! It's cool, rare, for that + in karma
From the fact that well disappointed:
1. Kitchen; (Everything is bad with food ... the meat is overcooked ... the Gozleme is not a flatbread, but a fat (sooo fat) cheburek ... the salad seems to have been bought and stored a month ago …
2. Zhaaarko, there is no condishka
3. The interior is so-so
4. The cost and quality well does not correspond at all, the maximum level of McDonalds;(
5. There is no menu (while I was here for this reason, at least one couple went to another restaurant - I agree with them 100%)
... you can write a lot of things, I just don't want to waste time and I will say, unfortunately, I don't advise it
Those who put 5 * for food are definitely wrong. In the best case 3-4 * and then only if the person is very hungry or did not go to other restaurants of Turkish cuisine

Very tasty food, Turkish cuisine in a large assortment. Delicious salads, hot dishes, baklava and homemade ice cream. Beautifully decorated hall, comfortable upholstered chairs and sofas. There is a closed summer house, we sat in the rain once, the water did not get in. The staff is polite, works quickly, despite the full room. I recommend for a relaxing family vacation or to chat with friends, dates. Turkish music is playing in the background.

The worst food and service that I have seen in Kazakhstan.
I drove from Kostanay to Almaty by car.
The roadside cafes on the highway are head and shoulders above this catering.
Lula was displaced and overcooked, lagian was cold and consisted of noodles broth, two thin pieces of meat and a proud piece of bell pepper the size of half a finger.
Food was brought but there were no appliances, only with the 3rd request.
The floor was covered with drinks and napkins were lying around, which did not arouse the staff's interest.
It's shorter.

But the normal tea leaves in the kettle are not brought on request.
There is only one name for lentil soup, only the breakfasts are normal. It is also visible that the staff is not fully trained yet, they forget something, they do not bring it.
I expected more from Mado.
We were passing through Astana and decided to eat because a well-known brand, as a result, disappointment…
And finally, they brought Adana with a hair, no apologies, wait 15 minutes, says another guy.
