This is the second time I've stayed here. Convenient location. Delicious breakfasts. He lived on the ground floor. It's quiet and cozy. The rooms are clean. The room has everything you need. I was pleased with the presence of a Smart TV.

Service, staff, food - 10/10. The hotel positions itself as a "guardian of American service traditions." This is true, they helped with ordering a taxi, and with printing out documents, although they did not ask for tips in the American manner. The Central Asian breakfast is generous, with four options for hot, a good assortment of cold snacks, and fresh fruits. The main disadvantages are heating and imperfections. The batteries and the air conditioner were constantly turned on, but the cold persisted, although the weather was acceptable, minus 6. Minor flaws (the handle falls off, towel racks, the doorway is swollen from water), it's great if they repair it.

A great hotel on one of the central streets. Polite staff. A wonderful room. Everything is available: bathrobes, slippers, several towels, soap accessories, safe, air conditioning, TV. The room is spacious. Good sound insulation. Good breakfast buffet for every taste, always fresh fruits. I asked for early check-in- no problem. I express my gratitude. On your next visit to Bishkek, you don't have to look for a place to stay.

And there is a remark - they do not wipe the tables on the street and do not clean what the guests left in the evening. This is of course unacceptable! And buy pillows already for the street, so as not to carry them from the hotel!

The staff is friendly, overall the room is clean, the breakfasts are meager, another of the disadvantages, I had a very small room with a 1.5 bed (since I did not order myself, but the company, I admit that I booked the cheapest room), in this room the TV remote did not have a back cover, the batteries just fell out, I do not watch usually a TV, but then I decided to turn it on, I have never seen such a "smart" smart TV in my life, without waiting for the broadcast to start, although I saw that the screen turned on and the TV began to "think", I turned it off. A separate epic with a shower, there is hot water, but not always, if there is none, it is better to return in half an hour and try again, this is especially evident in the morning and evening hours, apparently there is a great demand))). In general, something like that.

Great hotel! The rooms are nice, clean, peaceful place. Very nice guys work at the reception. The breakfasts are delicious. The room has both washing sets and bathrobes with slippers. I worked from the room, sometimes the Internet went out for 5 minutes, not critical. Otherwise, there was no problem, it was normal to work in zoom meetings. This is the case when there are no disadvantages at all, only admiration for the service!

Although it is stated that the hotel is completely non-smoking, the constant smell of smoking ... there is breakfast, modest but delicious. The hotel does not correspond to the declared level and 4 stars at all.
Arriving here for 2 nights, you can get problems for a whole week:
1. In the bathroom, there is a long-standing and inveterate fungus all over the shower cabin, it is immediately clear that no treatment is being done. The cubicle is leaking heavily, so the fungus is already spreading throughout the bathroom
2. The bathrobe in the room was dirty and without a belt
3. The safe did not work, and after checking into the room at night, at 5 a.m. you had to wait painfully for an hour for the technician to fix it
4. Against this background, the burned-out light bulbs throughout the room, of course, seem like just a minor dirty trick.
THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE - no one will tell you about it, but the so-called hotel is located on the first two floors of an apartment building, which there is no information about either on the website or on booking.com . The staff, of course, also prefers to keep silent about this, and the manager explained it this way - "there is a lot of information on the Internet, and if you search, you will easily find this data."
Actually, on November 23, 2022, at 00:30, a vacuum cleaner began to work noisily over room 209 and buckets rattled. The staff made big eyes and said they would try to call the manager. Under the threat of calling the police and a scandal, the hotel staff somehow stopped the noise. And at 4:30 it resumed! There is absolutely no sleep after a day of flight, the whole subsequent day, for which important meetings are scheduled, is hopelessly spoiled.
And in response to the complaint and the demand for compensation, the manager, who called herself Ghoul, began to claim that there was no noise and he was a ghost. Auditory hallucinations :-)
Summary: it is better to stay in a cheap hostel than in these "four stars". If you have also suffered from this "hospitality", you can join the collective complaint to the police, we will certainly file it today.
