In my opinion, this is a pedestrian alley.
But again, in proximity to the roadway, with intense traffic, the joy of constant dust flying from under the wheels of a car cannot be felt. So it's a footpath, I think that's the end of it.

Very beautiful. A convenient square for a walk. For a conversation. You can take a walk with the kids twice. We really like it.
