when I arrived, the manager who took the car could not properly explain what kind of car wash I needed and asked me to go to the service room to remember the name of the service and what the cost was, moreover, he leafed through the service magazine for a long time to show the car wash and the cost, which raised questions, since this place positions itself as premium
Then, when we decided on the services, I went to the second floor of the recreation area to watch the car wash.
What I saw:
1. when washing the car in the windshield area, the employee lifted the wipers to wash under them and when he returned them to their place, he did it with effort, which led to damage to the film, which I checked after I returned the car to the parking lot
2. when washing a car in the rear bumper area, I was flooded with a camera that stopped working
3. one of the services involved cleaning the body of red dots, but I had to go around the car myself with a phone flashlight to show the places where they were left
after I realized that such moments were allowed (damage to the film and the camera not working) I informed the studio chat (I note that they responded quickly) and offered to drive up the next day to chat with the director.
In response to my comments on how and what happened at the car wash, the studio director said: "we checked the cameras and didn't notice that the staff did anything wrong with the wipers and they didn't notice any damage to the camera)."
before visiting this place, I had been to different car washes in different studios, but in none of them did I have any problems with the camera after washing, to which the director shrugged his shoulders
solution: he suggested that I dry the camera, which was done, and if it doesn't work in 3-4 days, then come to them and resolve the issue + the issue with the film.
The most annoying thing is that the director just handed me his business card and asked me to dial if I had any questions.
what's up now: the camera is working (there was already a subsequent car wash in another studio and the camera is still working), the damage to the film remains, and the director or representatives of the studio have not even dialed me to clarify how things are so far
conclusion: I think that this place is far from premium, considering how the service happened in my case, and I recommend watching the washing process to make sure that your car is being treated properly for the premium level. Not a foot in here anymore
