The owners of the hotel are Russophobes, in 2022 the hotel participated in a program to help refugees from Ukraine, which further aggravated the condition of the hotel. The rude staff, especially the restaurant director, grabbed the women by the hands and kicked them out of the restaurant because they forgot to put a hotel bracelet on their hand.
