It's okay, a solid four. The audibility from the neighboring rooms is excellent)). There is hot water, clean and tidy. The ventilation system is tired. Cosmetic repairs are required in some places.

The hotel is a little tired. Repairs are required. All rooms are smoky. The only advantage is the view from the rooms above the 7th floor. Only choose rooms with a sea view (these are rooms from 1 to 5). The room has never been cleaned during the four days of our stay. There's nothing wrong with the water.

So-so, dirty, there has been no repair for a long time, there was almost no hot water on the 7th floor, just taking a shower is a problem!
