The place is beautiful! Awesome nature and the ancient city itself. The amount of work to build it is impressive! I've heard a lot about "unearthly" construction technologies, but, in fact, there are only three buildings with decent construction quality. Anyone could have made the rest of the buildings. By the way, in the same Egypt, the buildings are more impressive both in terms of stone weight and processing (we were there 2 weeks before Machu Picchu). In any case, the place is a must-visit! Beautiful, majestic, interesting!

An incredible place, touching to the core. Such antiquity and Inca history that you can touch. Often from promoted tours.there are high expectations of places - you come there, and there - well, that... But many people say about Machu Picchu that on the contrary, the brain takes out an order of magnitude more than expected. It's a miracle that I was lucky enough to be there. And I envy those who still have this meeting ahead of them!

It needs to be seen. It's not easy to get there: Lima-Cusco-Oyatamba-Machu Picchu. Then by bus. It is better to take tickets in advance. If you are going to climb Vaina Picchu, it is better to take tickets for the first ascent during the hot season (we were in October). Fans of panoramic views will get a real pleasure.
