The resort evokes mixed feelings. Tired and in need of updating, but at the same time in the "one more year, another can be tolerated" stage. of the obvious disadvantages:
1. Breakfast. they are nothing at all. monotony and absurdity. The lack of fresh greens in principle, and for the appearance of a meager set of fruits (pineapple, watermelon and something else, but no more than 2 types at a time), you need to kick the staff, which turned out to be a month with varying success. Filthy coffee made from cheap instant nescafe, which was not corrected by a good portion of milk (which was basically cold). In general, against the background of neighboring Lagoon-type resorts and, moreover, 15palms breakfasts are sadness, longing and sadness.
2. Everything is tired. Especially plumbing. There are zero claims to cleanliness, but the condition is on the verge. The towels are washed to such an extent that they are about to fall apart. The pool is slippery on the walls from small algae and even a decent portion of bleach does not save the situation.
It seems that everything is on the cons, let's move on to the pros, but they certainly are:
1. The first line is right on the seashore with a soft white and quite clean sand. The beach is periodically cleaned of algae and leaves caused by tides. Occasionally, the plastic brought in is also promptly removed. Cleanly.
2. The presence of not only sun beds and umbrellas (there are few of them, but they are there), but also soft poufs, on which it is very convenient to relax. At first, the staff was outraged that they were like for evening "beach diners", but then relaxed.
3. The price tag. Quite humane for the Whitesend area. 1300 baht per night with a separate bed for small children and with breakfast for three (about breakfast above, but still). For additional payment in the same Lagoon, they requested + 700 baht to the already not weak 1800. This is when paying for 30+ days. True, at first the Mac also wanted 1800, but... in general, they are quite contractual.
4. Location. The middle of Whitesend. everything is close and the seven and bigsi and the evening makashnitsa and everything that is necessary so as not to drag too far.
In general, the Mac resort did not disappoint expectations for its money. It can be better but decently more expensive, and it can be worse, but not significantly cheaper.
PySy - but the breakfasts could have been better.
The hotel is tired, the bed linen with holes, the staff is not friendly, music is playing under the windows until 23.00, they asked for a room on the other side, they said that only one with a large bed, and the children sleep on different ones! Breakfast on the first day was good-set, today is a buffet, there are no fresh vegetables, everything is cold, even soup! They asked for a refund in order to move out, they refused!
