I was 2 minutes late for the previous minibus (Minsk-Grodno 21.30). Naturally, the minibus left, I have no questions, immediately after 5 minutes I ordered the next minibus online at 22.00. But the driver complained to the driver of the next minibus, which was 30 minutes later. He told me about it, expressing his dissatisfaction with my lateness to the previous minibus. He could not clearly respond to the request to provide the conditions of carriage and, as a result, refused the services in a boorish manner, citing that he was "not comfortable with me." The money for the trip was not refunded. The trip is disrupted. More than once I used the services of Minsk-Grodno minibuses, more than once I met passengers with low social responsibility, literally smelled bad for the whole cabin, behaved inappropriately. At the same time, drivers pay zero attention. The drivers themselves do not punch checks, they drive as they want, without worrying about the comfort of passengers. But on the other hand, they take offense at the request to familiarize them with the rules of transportation. Strange people. A huge minus.
