On January 21, 2025, at the Minsk bus station, after boarding the bus, the driver of the flight, Andrei Bronislavovich Burak, began loudly accusing the girl of allegedly "pulling the handle" of the automatic door. Despite her explanation that she did not do it (I am a witness), the driver continued to shout at the whole bus, threaten her and insult her. He was probably drunk or under some kind of substances.

A Minsk-Grodno ticket was booked for 15:10 Volkswagen Crafter AM 2935-4 car, at 15:06 the driver (Yuri Shanchuk) called And he asked where we were, and I said, "We're coming." At 3:10 p.m., he was no longer on the platform. By calling with the question "Where are you?" the answer came: "I need to free up the platform." 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

04/15.24 Grodno Minsk , the driver in a very rude way expressed his dissatisfaction that they did not pick up the phone when he called. There were seats in the minibus , but he did not let 2 passengers on the bus until the very departure. When seats were booked through the website, no warning that someone would call popped up.

03/17.24 Grodno-Minsk 15:20. ZhonTong bus. Thanks to the driver for a comfortable ride. The driver did not let the drunk passenger board, patiently waited until I changed the payment from cash to non-cash. There are seat belts on the bus.

I was 2 minutes late for the previous minibus (Minsk-Grodno 21.30). Naturally, the minibus left, I have no questions, immediately after 5 minutes I ordered the next minibus online at 22.00. But the driver complained to the driver of the next minibus, which was 30 minutes later. He told me about it, expressing his dissatisfaction with my lateness to the previous minibus. He could not clearly respond to the request to provide the conditions of carriage and, as a result, refused the services in a boorish manner, citing that he was "not comfortable with me." The money for the trip was not refunded. The trip is disrupted. More than once I used the services of Minsk-Grodno minibuses, more than once I met passengers with low social responsibility, literally smelled bad for the whole cabin, behaved inappropriately. At the same time, drivers pay zero attention. The drivers themselves do not punch checks, they drive as they want, without worrying about the comfort of passengers. But on the other hand, they take offense at the request to familiarize them with the rules of transportation. Strange people. A huge minus.

I was traveling on the Minsk-Grodno route. I bought coffee at the gas station, which had to be thrown out, because the driver, Artsyman Sergey Anatolyevich, refused to go. At the same time, he did not warn you before stopping. It's strange that you can't take coffee with you in a closed special glass.
