A good restaurant! I really liked the atmosphere and location. 6th floor of the Holiday Inn Tuzla Bay Hotel. The view is beautiful, right on the Marmara Sea! He works late, it seems, until 2 a.m., and so I think, perhaps, until the last customer, there is such a parking lot in some restaurants in Turkey. The staff is very courteous. The dishes are prepared quickly. The menu is certainly not extensive, but there is everything you need, meat, fish, and poultry. The bill immediately includes a 10% tip, so you don't need to think about how much to leave for the waiters. They even gave us a plate of fruit as a compliment from the restaurant. Very nice! This has been one of my favorite places for a long time. Its cuisine and service are at a level to compete with Michelin-starred restaurants. The staff is always caring, friendly and hospitable. You feel really comfortable in a friendly atmosphere, stylish decoration and pleasant musical accompaniment. I would also like to mention the rich menu, which is especially focused on seafood — everything is prepared flawlessly. Every time I visit Maada, it leaves me only beautiful memories. It is quite an old establishment , With a classic Turkish menu and cuisine… I am generally amazed at the Turkish copy paste, they repeat everything that the neighbors have, without a chance for individuality.

We could diversify the menu and make at least a restaurant in the style of red craft beer , and snacks ( not standard ) bbq grill, cheese plate, dried meat, German sausages with cabbage ; Belgian waffles for dessert. And so on.
After all, there are many tourists and Europeans there, instead they all have the same kebab and balik
