The master doesn't know his job at all. Give me the diagnostic verdict, to which the answer is "I can give you a diagnostic sheet for 60p, which says "does not take water," that is, exactly my words with what I brought the vacuum cleaner.
How such masters work over time is a big mystery.
And what was the answer to the question "why did I ignore all the calls for 3 days" - " I was sick, I had diarrhea."
And my robot vacuum cleaner has not been working for 20 days because of a master who takes up a case in which he knows nothing and only guesses!
It's horrible. Get out of here. He took off 40p for disassembling the vacuum cleaner, spread his hands and froze me for 16 days, constantly postponing deadlines.

I am always happy with the result, I handed over all the equipment to this workshop. Everything is done within the agreed time frame, and sometimes faster. It is clear that you need to wait, the timing depends on the breakdown. There is something to compare it with. The price is acceptable. If you are looking for a repair shop for your equipment, I advise you!

The master is completely incompetent, long and, as a result, could not diagnose the problem correctly. I gave the equipment to another master, who coped, literally, in 30 minutes, and not 5 days, as this master had, this can be justified by the fact that during working hours, the "master" is not at his workplace, he arrived within 5 days and a permanent sign that he left)))
