A great hotel if you are looking for a relaxing holiday, privacy, a beautiful reef, good cuisine and excellent service. Not suitable if you like parties, fun and movement. It should be understood that this hotel will actually be your impression, since there is nothing in the area, El Qusair does not count, there is nothing much to do there. The hotel provides a transfer service, you can go to Luxor, but it's not a fact that you will come across a Russian guide. The staff learns Russian, but not much, a couple of phrases, since the vacationers are mostly Europeans. The place itself is simply spectacular, a large beautiful and well-groomed area for walking, even an embankment has been made. Everything is cozy and homely. I liked it, I definitely recommend this hotel for a vacation.
A great vacation on the shores of the Red Sea! The service is at the highest level, the kitchen is normal. It's worth going here because of the beauty of the reef, diving and snorkeling are great!
I do not recommend visiting this hotel in winter (December 20th-...February+-), open landscapes, the wind is stronger than in Sharm and Hurghada, reaches 25 km/h. The rooms are cramped, if you are pretentious about it, not very cozy, dark, take only full sea view, not partial, if you don't like it, change and see all the rooms, probably you should have taken the nubian suite, but we left for Hurghada on the 5th day, as it was 16-18 degrees in the afternoon and the wind.
The spa is about nothing, the staff are half-timers. Nature, the beach, snorkeling were not done, although there was a reef nearby, it was cold, but the water was stunningly clear, the air was cleaner than in Hurghada. There are no shops, pharmacies nearby, no infrastructure, it seems there are some markets on the territory, with junk. There is a free shuttle service to Quseir every evening, the city has infrastructure, this option was also not used.
The audience - Swiss grandfathers, the European Union, children are also present, fortunately there is no animation, it was quiet, the Russian-speaking staff did not come across, but there were 20% of Russian-speaking vacationers, without noise, decently.
