A good 5-star hotel in the JBR area, its own swimming pool , restaurant , gym , on the ground floor there is a place to sit, try Movenpick branded ice cream. Any shortcomings are solved quickly , daily room cleaning . of the minuses - there is no private beach , but the beach is nearby .

I really liked the hotel. Clean, when you enter the hotel, it smells like a pleasant smell. They are cleaned every day, they give water for free without any problems. The food is varied (for dinner and shrimp, mussels), who writes that the same lies (there may have been a small number of days or only breakfast). The rooms are generally super separate bath, separate shower and toilet with bidet separately. Friendly staff. There is a gym. There is a shopping center nearby and where to walk

There is no beach of its own, it takes 10 minutes to go to the public, there is a swimming pool, but the water is not cleaned there, so it is muddy and with a smell, the breakfast is poor, the choice is poor and everything is not very tasty, watermelon juice was sour, we were here two years ago, it was much better. The attitude of the staff is 2 stars, they don't want to do anything at all, they nod their heads, but there is no result.

The hotel pulls on 4 stars. Of the minuses: a small hall, loud music always plays in the evening, because the UBK bar is working downstairs. On the day of the eviction, they drilled loudly in the next room around 10-11 in the morning, it's not very pleasant, you often wake up to these sounds in Moscow, I would like to find peace at least in a hotel.
They put us in a room with a view of the lake, the view is amazing, but just for the sake of this view, I would not go back there. The area itself is not bad, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the metro, which is also not very cool, since it is unbearable heat in Dubai in September. The station itself is far from the main attractions of Dubai, it takes 25-35 minutes to get to them, too. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to Riva Beach . This is a private beach with a nice pool, cool music, but the beach itself is a frog house. On our last visit, we stayed in a Novotel at the World Trade Center, so the transfer follows to the Kite Beach, where there is a lot of space, you only see the sea over the horizon, and you don't look at other high-rises, like at Riva.
In general, the hotel is not bad, but I would not go back there again)

We were in April 2023 and arrived for the second time in May 2023. I will say that we will come here again in the next few times. For your money, 5 stars. Everything is fine, the location and the kitchen. We took half board when booking and did not regret it. The pool is heated, but there is little sun on the terrace because of the skyscrapers. Very close to the metro, free shuttle service to most malls.

The hotel is not on the first line. You have to go to the beach through a narrow passage between two other hotels. A year ago there was a terrible construction site opposite, I hope it's over.

I don't understand people who write that there is old furniture and bad food, this is complete nonsense!
Clean new hotel, very friendly staff, breakfast food is full of all sorts of different. Wi-Fi is free and is everywhere, catches even in the rooms. In the room there is a TV, a hairdryer, scales, a kettle, a refrigerator, a refrigerator, if you ask, they will bring an iron with a board. There is a 1.5 m swimming pool + children's pool with sun beds. They give towels for the pool and bags for the sea, but you need to return them before 20-00. By the pool in the bar, beer costs 1000 rubles for ours)). I was really pleased that the walls in the rooms are capital, not cardboard, the audibility is poor and this allows you to really relax without hearing the neighbors. It's 5 minutes to the sea, but the road is bare - sand and construction. The sea is clean - sand, the entrance is gradual, there are few people. They just lay on towels without sunbeds. There are 2 metro stations within walking distance, the cost is 60 rubles for one and 80 for two zones, take a silver card. Beautiful embankment by the canal, especially in the evening. The food in the cafe is expensive - to eat for two 2-3 thousand (to starve a worm), 5 thousand (to eat well). From the cafe we went to chicken factory and art sushi. Near mini mini-supermarkets, to get to the big one, you can come to the Mall of Emirates by metro. In general, I recommend the hotel, I wish everyone a great holiday!

The hotel is excellent, the service is not up to par, but everything spoils the hotel being built right next to it and the problem is not even in the noise, but in the fact that it blocked the entire view of the bay and dust flies from it. A couple of times even small stones fell right by the sunbed.
