But there were a couple of nuances:
- The first nuance ran along the wall in the bathroom on the very first day. (Cockroach). A couple of days later, he also cheerfully crossed the refrigerator.
- In a 5-star hotel, instead of mugs, there were cardboard cups in the room, which we never changed or supplemented. There were also no bathrobes and hard soap, not to mention personal kits with a conventional razor and toothbrushes. It wasn't critical for us, but relative to other hotels, the difference was noticeable.
- There was no foot towel
I am sure that the last 2 points would have been easily solved through the reception, but we did not have the strength to do it after the excursions 🙈
I would really like to mention such an inconspicuous, but very responsible employee as Thida!!! An attentive, tactful girl. Remembers the tastes and preferences of each guest, while you are choosing breakfast, a clean table with a full serving is already ready for you. We've been living here for 1.5 months now, and I've been watching her attitude to work all the time. I liked the hotel, it fully justified its 5 stars. The location is convenient, the room is newly renovated (there was a room 522). We went to a nearby Uzbek restaurant for dinner. It is very far to the beach on foot, the transfer is small. Not everyone will be able to get there. Towels do not change, if they can ask for them, there were no towels for hands and feet. Tea, coffee and water are left every day. I do not recommend the hotel!

But he only goes there at 9-30/10 in the morning, and they barely got into him all the time, he has 14 seats, and there are a lot of people, and you have to wait for him for 20 minutes again until he returns from the beach again. It's also packed back at 13-30/14-00. There is also one flight to Deira Mall at 16:00, but it is also packed and not everyone will fit. It's not close to normal shops either, about 20 minutes. There is a small one right next to the hotel, 20 meters away, but sparse. Al-kyada metro station is a 20-25 minute walk away. The towels in the room are huge and uncomfortable. There are no normal ones. There is not a single Russian channel on TV! There are constantly not enough towels for the beach. The staff seems to be good, but they don't speak Russian at all. We took a 2-room apartment for a family of 5 people. The rooms have absolutely everything except a hair dryer. Gorgeous gels, shampoos, body lotions. The beds are bombed. Cleaning is daily.
All household appliances are available - stove, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator. In short, everything is for self-cooking, which is important if there is a baby.
