I can't single out anything from the advantages! There are plenty of disadvantages. I came in May to clarify, they assured me that everything was OK, asked me to write them down so that before the dates of the trip, and this is August 5-25, the visa was on hand, I clarified whether I could be a sponsor of my sister, they said yes. As a result, the record is for the middle of July, I cannot be a sponsor, the documents were not prepared, I did everything myself, the documents were not checked. It turned out there were errors, I redid it myself. They don't admit mistakes, they don't know anything, but they took 200 rubles right away. Without a receipt, without a contract. If it were possible to put minus stars, I would do so!!!! I strongly do not recommend it!

Совершенно не компетенты в выполнении своей работы ,два раза допустили ошибки в оформлении анкеты на месте все переделали ,но на этом все не закончилось .При сдаче документов в колл центре снова нашли ошибку и мне за доп.оплату пришлось на месте переделывать .Свою ошибку сотрудники так и не признали .С моей стороны вина в том ,что я не забрала испорченую анкету и не могу им доказать их же вину.Очень жаль что не признают свои ошибки ,а сваливают на других.Больше никогда не обращусь в данное агенство .
