I made an order on the website, I couldn't get in touch by phone (Novosibirsk, Russia), we contacted WhatsApp. They clarified whether to select my skin or not, and after my confirmation, they informed me that they would make a photo selection and send a photo. The first photo had terrible skin (maybe the lighting is bad, maybe it's such an advertising move - to throw off a bad photo first). "No, I don't like this one. Are there any other options?" To which they replied, "Yes, we can replace it, but only once." I do not understand this message at all, i.e. if they did not pick up your skin from 2 attempts, then go to the forest. The second photo was better, and I agreed to it. Clarifying questions ARE NOT WELCOME. We made the calculation, dropped the link to the payment - I paid. After 3 days, the message "You were not counted correctly, you need to pay extra." I pay extra well. And HOORAY, the next day they finally placed an order for me. Delivery of SDEC - there are no complaints about them. The packaging is simply wrapped in film - crumpled on both sides of the edge, but tolerable.
result: The manager doesn't care about your wishes and no one will pick up anything normal for you remotely (no, well, you can change it 1 time). No one will say anything about the grade of leather either (I received grade 3- I learned from the invoice for the goods). Maybe they have a lot of orders and don't hold on to customers.
