We have been using m-delivery services since its introduction. It is very convenient not to stand in line at the store, but to receive home delivery, and the m-delivery staff never messed with the quality of products: they always offered and invested the freshest and best. Only a positive impression of the service at all points of the process, from the call center to the forwarder (driver).
Imagine our surprise that from September 1, 2022, this service stops working.

Ordered twice. The amount of the final order differed by a third (!) from the initial one. Yes, the product is weighted, but the error in the end is not small.
The buyer's offer to cut off the required amount of meat was refused. From a piece of 1.2 kg (weight announced by the operator) I asked for half, which was answered: "And where are we going to put the rest, girl?", the second argument is "We put everything fresh for you." As a result, I was offered a piece less than a kilogram – as much as 980 plus grams). After all, it is much easier than cutting off half of 1.1 or 1.2 kg. And finally, the words that made me write a review: "If you don't want to, don't order at all"). Actually, I don't want to anymore and I'm unlikely to order. By the way, the consumer has the right to ask for as much meat as he needs. And we are not talking about some kind of raw little sausages that cannot be cut in half in any way.
About the fresh stuff. On the phone, the operator said that the pork was dark, dated October 22. (the order was placed on November 4). And they immediately offered to order another one, but for a ruble more expensive. Let it be fresher, I thought, and ordered a ruble more expensive.
The order has arrived. Each product is in its own bag. But there are no labels about the date of manufacture, packaging, expiration dates and storage features, etc. – in short, NO information on the packages with the goods at all. Only the printout, where the name and weight are indicated.
By the way, the delivery serves to save time, all these negotiations with the operator lasted from 10 to 14 hours. It turns out that the buyer does not need to work, he lives only on meat. And everything is extremely simple: there is a website, a person has placed an order on the website, the buyer has already announced the preliminary amount and a set of products in his order and expects adequate delivery work.
And I would also like to give the courier some identification marks - a vest, badge, etc. You need to understand that this is really a courier, and not a two-meter tall man in a leather jacket who suddenly got the wrong address) If you have already taken up delivery, then at least comply with the minimum requirements that are imposed not even by the buyer, but by the law on trade.
