I visited this clinic more than once, I found it completely by accident, because I was looking for plasmapheresis, I found an amazing Clinic here, not like modern hospitals, THAT's IT! starting from the entrance, it shines with cleanliness, coziness, attention and comfort!!I repeat, it is exceptionally clean!!!just amazing cleanliness everywhere, with such a large number of people, there are never queues at the reception, everything melts very quickly and magically dissolves in doctors' offices!!there are water coolers everywhere, then there is always a huge team of warm and professional girls at the reception who try their best to help, and even if the specialist has a full record for today, they try to help you get to him on a first-come, first-served basis between patients!I was on plasmapheresis with a professional in my field, Saidkhanov Bois Akaidovich,all 6 times went like clockwork, there were no failures in the operation of the devices, I feel good, I know that I found my doctor!!!he has a wonderful assistant Feruza, with an incredibly light hand and a warm soul!I really want to express my sincere respect, admiration and complete delight to the management of this clinic!! I have read a lot of positive reviews about M-Clinic, on the recommendation of the doctor.the doctor from the De Facto clinic, who categorically insisted on having an MRI scan with a contrast agent at the M-Clinic. On the same day, on March 6, through the call center 1330, I made an appointment as early as March 12, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. The medical center warned me to arrive 15 minutes in advance to put an IV catheter-it's professional. March 12, 2025 I arrived at 8.30 a.m. Yes, according to the reviews, everything is solid: convenient Parking, beautiful building, shoe covers. But there was a surprise waiting for me at the reception!!!! It turned out that I had not made an appointment, because allegedly, as they loudly explained to me at the reception in front of a large crowd of people (although they say in the reviews that there are no queues), that I did not mention my last name. I didn't want to hold people in line and respond to pointless admonitions that it was my fault, although a reasonable question arises as to how I know about the date and time of the visit to this clinic if they were talking "to no one." The time and number of the call to the call center has been confirmed. It is not clear where such specialists come from in such a clinic advertised by European standards, whether by phone, since they behave this way, or in another way. I don't know about the professionalism of the doctors, because I didn't get there. But the registry leaves much to be desired, as they say, "the theater begins with a hanger" and the clinic begins with the registry! I was at an appointment with a traumatologist Sadulla Hikmatullaevich with a fractured ankle, I needed to replace the cast that was put in the emergency room a week ago. He put me in a cast, after which I started having terrible pains. To my questions, why was there no pain before? I didn't get an explanation from him. Two days later, arriving at his appointment for the second time, he decides to tighten the cast, because the cast turned out to be big for me.
Bottom line: 5 days after he installed the plaster on me, for the next third time I come to see him, the pain did not decrease but increased, as a result of the fact that the plaster was overstretched very much, as a result, we remove the plaster. The whole horror and inhumanity of this "doctor" is that after removing my cast, without any fixation of the injury, he suggests that I personally go to the Institute of Traumatology and buy a fixing bandage there, explaining that they do not have such a thing in the clinic. After my loud indignation, the bandage magically appeared immediately!
