A lot of people advised the Gastroenterologist Uzm. Dr. Ali HAFTA at the City Hospital. It took me a long time to choose the best, and as a result I went purposefully to him. The doctor speaks English, but everyone in the clinic speaks only Turkish. For 5 minutes of reception + ultrasound, I paid 600 liras, + stool tests 150 liras. There was an appointment at 15:00, they said to come two hours after the tests. As a result, I came at 17:00, and they told me "the doctor has already left." Although this is logical, his working day is up to 5, why not immediately say "come tomorrow?"
I came the next day, and with intestinal dysbiosis (I was diagnosed with this already in Russia), he prescribed an antibiotic for liver failure based on some tests for helminths (😅🥲), than according to the result only made it worse. In Russia, I was immediately sent to the polyclinic to donate blood, where tests showed an elevated ast enzyme, which indicates liver damage (although previously the tests were always perfect) So also, for logical reasons, the intestines only got worse because of antibiotics. In general, I do not advise at all, I decided to be treated only remotely by Russian doctors, and to take tests here.
I hope it will be useful to someone.
Doctors just don't care about you! They will leave you to die, without a twinge of conscience. There is a suspicion of a rupture of the hand, internal bleeding is possible, they say there are no doctors now, come tomorrow if it hurts.
