I highly recommend you to rent your car in this place !
We had a very good price for a 4x4 and we could take it the night before. The whole procedure was very uncomplicated.
The guy who gave us the car was very chill and tolerant about the hour of the car's return.
If I have to rent a car in Almaty it would be there !

A good car rental company.
Positive:
1. Really good car park, clean cars. Two days of traveling without problems;
2. The operator is always in touch;
Minuses:
1. On washing the car. Initially, it was said that there was a self-wash nearby and upon completion of the lease, you can wash the car there, but when you came to give the car back, it was not there (although there is a sign), you had to give the extra 5,000 tng;
2. The return of the deposit is a whole story, especially if there are no Kazakh cards or caspi. After 2 weeks of waiting, another 2 weeks of daily calls to the company.
Bottom line: it's quite decent, but there's a lot to strive for.

The first time I contacted this rental company. Genghis greeted me kindly, consulted me, and answered all my questions. He enlightened me about the traffic regulations of Kazakhstan) Told me about interesting locations. In general, I recommend it.

The deposit of 40,000 tenge was returned only after 1.5 weeks of daily reminders!
I didn't read the reviews carefully before choosing, it turns out I'm not the first one.
We rented a car from January 4th to 5th. There are no complaints about the car, a new, clean Kia Sportage.

A good car park, but everything turned out not to be so good, the deposit was not returned after two weeks after the delivery of the car!
I have to call for the third day about the return of the deposit and waste my nerves, I explain that I need my deposit back, we agreed that they would call back, but they never called back!
I do not recommend contacting, especially if you are not a local, there is a risk that the deposit will not be returned!
