I rate the accommodation at 11/10.
It was quiet, cozy and peaceful. The hosts communicated in Russian without any problems.
And the cats won my heart, so + 1 points for Gryffindor
I rate the location at 10/10.
It depends on your needs, it took me 15 minutes to safely walk to the sea. Along the embankment, you can walk in a straight line to Ali and Nino, the Alphabet Tower.
There are no restaurants nearby, mostly it's homemade Georgian cuisine, there are 8/10, but again, everyone has their own taste.
The famous Tavaduri is also a ~15-minute walk away
