Finally, we decided to replace the old wooden frames with modern plastic ones. We contacted the Luxury Windows company and did not regret it. We did everything efficiently and quickly. It took the installers a day to replace 5 windows, in my opinion, this is very good. After work, the craftsmen not only cleaned up after themselves, but also took out the old windows. They also gave recommendations on operation. In general, we were very satisfied. Lux Windows is one of the few companies that, for a relatively small fee, are able to provide truly high-quality service.

Create clone sites under other names, the address of the main office, there is no director's phone number.
After receiving an advance payment of 70%, they lose full interest in doing the work.
On the day of installation of the balcony specified in the contract, they dismantled it and said that the measurements were made incorrectly, so the installation is postponed to next week. The apartment, the corridor, the area near the elevator were littered. The garbage was taken away 3 days later, after repeated calls.
After that, no one called once, the installation date was postponed all the time, as a result, the delay was 8 days.
The window sill was measured incorrectly, and now there is a 5 cm hole between it and the future cabinet.
Money for a damaged window sill is not returned, for 0.01% for each of the 8 days of delay, too, the manager, of course, does not call.
In addition, they do not give estimates, and the prices on the site are repeatedly underestimated.

I ordered a window and a door to the balcony from them. I asked to do it quickly - they didn't want to delay the repair in the nursery - they did it in a couple of days. I am 100% satisfied%
