When buying ice cream in the lobby of the shopping center with the seller Evgenia G., an elderly mother had a conflict in an "empty place". In my opinion, the store employee should have smoothed out the conflict, but she did not observe a correct and attentive attitude to the customer, spoke in a dismissive tone, there was no respectful attitude towards the buyer. The mood was spoiled and because of this conflict, the store lost a customer!!! But where is the customer focus? They did not write to the complaint book, but there is a sediment .....
