It's a chic bakery, a little pretentious (the cost of location and the incoming contingent), but that doesn't make the coffee and desserts any worse.
We tried several items complete with coffee and tea - the Basque cheesecake is just a delight; perhaps this is the best one I've ever tasted!
It is highly recommended to visit

We visited the restaurant today at 16:00 with a friend. We ordered sea buckthorn tea, but were extremely disappointed – they brought us mugs with chipped edges, and the tea itself turned out to be sour and absolutely tasteless.
But the most unpleasant thing happened later. We went to the bathroom, taking our bags with us, as there were warnings on every corner that they were not responsible for things left behind. There was only a folder of documents left on the table. When we returned 5 minutes later, we found that the table had already been cleaned, the folder had disappeared, and other people were sitting at it!
We contacted the cashier with a question about our documents, but instead of a normal explanation or apology, we received only an indifferent reaction. When the folder was finally found, it was obvious that someone had been rummaging through it.
After such an attitude towards the guests and their belongings, there is no desire to return anymore. A very unpleasant experience!

I always buy croissants with almonds. I consider one of the top bakeries in Minsk. The quiches are quite good. Coffee drinks are also on the same level. I recommend this place.

A wonderful selection of fresh baked goods, confectionery, pies. As an amateur, I really liked the croissants. However, there is no dispute about tastes - I am sure everyone will be able to choose something to their taste. They couldn't leave without taking something delicious. The photo is attached. The only thing I would like to wish the friendly and serious staff is smiles. Still, an appetizing croissant and excellent coffee go better with a smile. Special thanks to the barista. Coffee in various variations is excellent. Good luck.

An atmospheric place, a beautiful interior. Good service and very tasty pastries.
But the drinks are not so good. As a lover of cold coffee, I did not find any positions for myself in the menu at all. I asked if it was possible to add ice to my bumble, maybe they don't have ice in principle. They refused me, but from somewhere they offered me a tonic that was not on the menu

There is no service , they will not wish you a pleasant appetite here, the toilet is dirty, always busy and queuing , the room is dark and not cozy , clothes can smell of food afterward , although this is a bakery , the food does not pull at the price tag they ask for, it is difficult to part with the waiter in a narrow aisle , a couple of years ago I tore my jacket about the showcase , which was not installed according to safety standards ( it would have been possible to cut yourself if it had not been winter ) , the issue was not resolved, they simply sent a reply.

Very tasty coffee (probably the best in the city), pleasant breakfasts (without exceptions), a wonderful extract. But the attitude of the staff is frustrating: unsmiling and makes inappropriate remarks. I was aware that the institution had changed its concept and forbade working in a coffee shop, but this rule reaches the point of absurdity and the cafe turns into a GULAG. After ordering a large breakfast for two, pastries and two coffees, I took my laptop out on my lap for 2 minutes to find a train ticket. One of the waitresses on May 12 at 12:00 made a remark to me that I could not get my equipment. I told her that I was not working, but looking for a ticket, to which I was given the answer that it was also impossible. Conduct a training session with your employees and teach them to be friendly and not to walk around with sour faces. I don't want such an institution to spoil because of fame. P.S. out of five visits to Flax, cashiers confused the order twice: then two identical coffees appeared, then pastries were forgotten.

Positive: beautiful and instagrammable, nice and large summer porch, lots of baking
Cons: pigeons fly on the veranda, sit on tables. The baristas and, in principle, all the girls from the staff have faces with subtitles, very, very unfriendly. The tip of the iceberg is served sour sparkling wine, which I do not even know how to store it can be brought to the state of spoiled alcohol! and two-day croissants, which can be used to hammer nails)

Unfortunately, a croissant is not a croissant , but a flour bun without layers , there is no creamy taste and a slight chill at all , the filling is in one dense piece in the center , and is unevenly distributed .
The guys' ciabatta and bread are great, but if you're coming here to taste a real croissant, it's better to eat it somewhere else.

The pastries are quite tasty, the coffee is for an amateur. But the service is lame. They don't always say hello. There was also a case when, at about 9 a.m., I went to the checkout to quickly take out pastries, but the staff seemed to be around the checkout, but in fact no one greeted me and did not accept the order, waited a few minutes for the order to be accepted (although there was no one else in the queue), in the end I had to leave with nothing with what.
UPD a few months later: they slip the wrong pastries more than once, 3 times in the last couple of weeks, the other day they tried to prove that I said the wrong number of buns. I often notice that the staff communicates with each other in a toxic way. (Please do this not in front of customers).

Amazing pastries!!! It's impossible to resist! We came to the city for three days, two of which had breakfast here. Very tasty and decent. Fast service, with a fairly large number of people. The salmon of the ambassador's own is very tasty, moderately salty!

I love this coffee shop💖 I'm flying to Minsk to replenish stocks of incomparable granola. The coffee is delicious, the dishes are also on the level. The food is not delicious, they do not warn about allergens, and I found out that the dish contains nuts only when they brought it.
Ginger tea tastes nasty and pungent, it's impossible to drink, and it's an author's tea that's essentially boiled muck, with one name for tea.
