The reception staff doesn't seem to give a damn about your requests. At first, they didn't check in until the last, it was already three o'clock in the afternoon, the hotel itself is located in the op of the world, the nearest infrastructure is 15 minutes away by car, but it costs 100 euros, the flight was early, the transfer was even earlier, the room from the reception is very far away, but they said that the tarantayka would drive up to the room in front of the bus and pick it up but no one arrived, I called the reception 50 times, no one answered, I had to go with the children and suitcases and carry everything myself, it was not easy. On the whole, I'm only happy with the food and the gym, which is decent for Turkish hotels. We have been staying at the hotel for 8 nights since May 24, 2025 Pros: a large and very green beautiful territory, a huge beautiful super pool, delicious varied food without frills. we had a huge delux large room with a giant terrace on the ground floor in the main building, access to the garden, silence, no one could be heard, no neighbors, no other noise. Nice beach, shallow sea, sand and some pebbles, no nearby hotels. There is no intrusive animation and loud pounding music on the pool. Cons: the hotel is very far away, we drove from the airport for more than 1 hour and 45 minutes with delivery to 3 hotels. In fact, this is already far beyond Belek. There is no way out of the hotel, around the field, the last part of the road to the hotel is essentially a country road. A taxi from here is expensive to get anywhere from 85-100 euros. You will be picked up first for all excursions and there will be +1-1.5 hours to travel. Although the room is huge, it is very strange: there is a giant transparent glass between the bedroom and the bathroom unit, which is very inconvenient if with children. They were always taking turns hiding and changing clothes. By the way, there is also a transparent door in the shower. They don't clean very well, the hair has been in the shower for 2 days. I don't know if it was damp in the hotel, or if it was just wet, nothing dried for 2 days. No towels, no swimsuits. There is not enough dryer in the room, we could have done something on such a huge terrace. And most importantly, the hotel is very tired. Something must have been repaired: the plumbing is simple, decent, clean, the walls are painted. But everything else, of course, is very old. It feels like it was once expensive and rich here, marble is all around (already cracked), wooden floors in the room (super worn, swollen in some places), furniture is shabby, switches are a separate song, you can never find what and where to turn on), carpet in the corridors is tanned. Some doors open with such a creak and crack.... The beds are old and creaky, but they are large 1.5 beds and the mattresses are comfortable. The bed linen is smaller than the duvet cover and mattress)) In general, we went on a super-promotion, for such a ridiculous price - fire, I definitely wouldn't have gone more expensive.
