I still didn't understand (I forgot to ask the guide) is the administration building in operation? We were on an excursion at three o'clock in the afternoon - not a single person is visible, the door is wide open, the windows are broken.

Broken windows, a neglected building. There's horse manure all around. It's dirty. Glass fragments are everywhere.
