When I was a kid, I couldn't fully comprehend what was going on at this school, but now, looking back, I understand the horror of what was happening. Under the "guidance" of Gulnara Maskutovna, the students of this school were subjected to systematic violence, neglect and bullying. This "teacher" not only failed in her duties, but also endangered the physical and psychological health of the children. I remember one case especially vividly and it still causes anger and horror. One of the students, playing in the hallway, accidentally crashed into a corner and suffered a serious injury – so serious that he had to have stitches on his forehead. It was a real shock for everyone. It is logical to expect an immediate reaction from the teacher: first aid, calling a doctor, and support for the injured child. But what did Gulnara Maskutovna do? She didn't even look at him, as if nothing had happened. She did not call for help, did not provide any support, and did not even bother to show basic sympathy. The child was in pain, and she just ignored the situation. When other students, including me, expressed their outrage at her behavior, Gulnara Maskutovna not only did not admit her monstrous negligence, but also ridiculed us all. Her words sounded like an outright mockery of human dignity: "Well, he's not dead." How can you say that? What kind of heartless and cruel person would you need to be to utter these words to a child who has just been seriously injured? It's just incredible! And this case is not the only example of her monstrous behavior. Every day, the children in her class were subjected to moral pressure, humiliation and insults. She organized public showdowns, where she exposed children to blame for the slightest mistakes, suppressed their confidence, caused a feeling of fear and helplessness. Her every comment was steeped in contempt, as if she took pleasure in humiliating the students in front of everyone. But the worst thing is, almost ALL the teachers at this school behave exactly the same way! This institution has an atmosphere of absolute indifference to children, lack of basic respect and care. Students there are not perceived as individuals, but as faceless beings who can be suppressed, humiliated and ignored when they need help. This has become the norm, and no one wants to notice it! I sincerely do not understand how people like Gulnara Maskutovna can work at school and continue to bully children with impunity. This has to be stopped! I urge the school's management, local authorities, and anyone with any influence to pay attention to this egregious case. Gulnara Maskutovna should not just be fired, she should be suspended from any work with children at the state level! Such people cannot and should not be in educational institutions. If we don't take action now, we will continue to educate a generation of children who are afraid of teachers, afraid of school, afraid to talk about their problems and worries. This cannot be allowed!
My mother graduated from this school in 1974, 10th grade... I studied there a little bit too. Great school! Help me find my mom's classmates, please...
