The excellent restaurant and the hotel itself are practically on the square. The rooms are small but with good service and clean. People from all over the city are signing up for the restaurant, so take your seats in time. It's a historic place and you can still live there.
The hotel as a 3-star hotel.
Repairs are cheap, corners peel off, furniture and plumbing are cheap. There are no Russian channels on TV, only about 10 different ones, and they slow down. Windows and doors are not working well. But the staff is friendly, although everyone is wearing their own clothes and it is unclear where the staff is, where the guests are.
Breakfast is sooo weak, very meager. You won't stay hungry, but you won't get any pleasure either.
The rooms are not cozy. They're ugly.
The location is great!
The restaurant in the hotel is very expensive and has only European cuisine.
The hotel as a cultural facility - 5 stars)
