I really liked the mini-hotel. Outside the city, on the ground. It is very convenient with active children, there is an opportunity for children to spend time outside. The inside and outside of the hotel is beautiful and clean. The price and quality are consistent. The staff is kind, polite and attentive.
Thanks!!! But there is no refrigerator in the simple rooms. And there is not enough air conditioning in the heat. And it is important to take into account that there is one bus, about once an hour to Minsk and back. We will come here again, but only in our own car)

A very pleasant hotel, quiet, clean, cozy. The room is nice, the bed is very comfortable, the pillows are comfortable, the bed linen is decent. In the bathroom there are towels, gel/shampoo, hair dryer. There is no refrigerator (only in the suite). On the ground floor there is water, kettle, tea/coffee. When booking, keep correspondence on the cost / conditions of accommodation - it will be useful upon check-in, payment in Belarusian rubles.

A great place to spend the night inexpensively, traveling on a budget in Minsk and the surrounding area. The hotel is on the MKAD, so it will not suit guests without a car. For motorists, it is a cozy, one might say, heavenly place. There is no breakfast, but there is a chic coffee machine, microwave and a terrace "for smoking". The lovely girl at the reception is a great hostess, thank her for the warm welcome!

A nice hotel in a picturesque location. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The first hotel in our memory where we were given a room with a real double bed, and not with two shifted ones. You can have breakfast with toast and jam in the lobby, all kitchen equipment except coffee is included in the price. The staff is responsive and ready to answer all questions. The only thing is, if you are without a car, you need to plan your day well: buses between the hotel and Minsk run only once an hour.

A good one-night hotel. We were greeted by a hostess girl, very friendly. I answered and helped all the questions and requests. You can only pay in cash at the hotel. She suggested where you can change money and sent a delicious meal to the center, for which I thank her very much. The suite is small, with a double bed and a sofa. One of the disadvantages is a very narrow shower stall.

Strange rooms, with a super small room, I had to turn on the logic of how to watch TV and move the bedside table in the hallway into the doorway.Toilet paper was spared, there were half a pitiful roll upon arrival. Pillows are a quiet horror, my dog is better, thin, with a piece of cotton wool inside))) a headache is guaranteed in the morning. The shower stall is tin, it's all in someone else's hair, sorry, I almost threw up. The walls are the same as the pillows, the neighbor's snoring was heard as if he was lying in front of me. Although the price is low, it is justified by the location on the outskirts of the city overlooking the MKAD. If you are without a car, it is better to overpay and take a hotel for 3000 rubles more expensive, because you take a taxi for the same thing.

Могу смело рекомендовать по соотношению цена-качество, конечно в номере мне лично не хватило холодильника, но в остальном всё отлично: красивый дизайн номеров и самого отеля, очень чисто, приветливый персонал. Немного неудобно что рядом нет магазина, но мы были на машине, поэтому это не было проблемой. Жалко что нет кафе (на Яндексе написано было, что есть завтрак-шведский стол). В общем кому нужно просто переночевать недорого и без изысков очень рекомендую

В целом отель не плохой.Рядом с КАД,удобно кто на машине,можно ехать в дальнейшем в любом направлении. В номере чисто,приветливые администраторы.Из минусов-нет холодильника в номере,маленькая ванная комната,не удобная душевая кабинка.При уборке номера,убрали только мусор и не поменяли даже полотенца. Рядом нет никаких кафе,чтоб можно было перекусить,всё в основном в центре или в торговом центре до которого надо доехать.Интернет работает,но медленно.

Остановились на окраине Минска. И совсем не пожалели. До центра на машине 15 минут, едешь и городом любуешься. Отель очень уютный, предложили несколько вариантов на выбор. Так как у нас отпуск заканчивался, выбрали бюджетный вариант - мансандра. Всё чисто и уютно, две кровати - удобные, сан.узел, телевизор. Несмотря на то, что окно выходит на мкад, тихо. Один маленький минус - интернет плохо работает, но на первом этаже с ним проблем нет. Персонал вежлив и приветлив.

And so, I'll start with the pros. We stayed there for two nights. The first night, upon arrival, we could not find anything nearby, free and inexpensive. I booked at this hotel. It's nice to be at the mkad. The room was located on the second floor, stuffy, not critical, clean enough, no foreign odors. Minuses : The TV didn't work, or rather, it turned on, but you couldn't watch anything on it. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all. Towels that are questionable in their cleanliness. Payment is made exclusively in cash and only in Belarusian rubles! In continuation of the disadvantages, on the second night I had to book a suite, since there were no rooms, meaning by the name of the suite, I wanted to see at times the best and most comfortable accommodation for the night at least. But that was not the case, if we gave 90 for the usual room and were not dissatisfied, then this is a complete trash. Torn tulle, bed linen was not changed, garbage was not taken out, towels 100% did not change either, or they are extremely poorly washed. But there is a refrigerator, a safe, which, it seems to me, does not work either, but we did not need it. We gave 115 Belarusian rubles for this. It's a quiet horror. I'll be honest. And yes, when checking in for the second time, they didn't even register... Which suggests that they gave us economy class, for a suite and put it in their pocket.... I hope the hotel owner sees this and takes action.

У нас был номер люкс. Персонал и администратор и горничные на высоте, очень дружелюбные и готовые решить любой вопрос. Номер вполне чистый, хороший матрас, неплохие подушки. Из минусов плохая шумоизоляция, шлышно и коридор и соседние номера. И ещё разрешено курить на болкончиках на этаже из которых запах идёт на весь этаж. Поэтому если вы купите, то вам очень удобно можно не выходя на улицу курить, а если вы не курящие, то вам не очень будет приятно чувствовать этот запах во всей гостинице.

Из плюсов
- рядом с КАД, 200 м и едем в любом направлении, до центра минут 11-15 на машине
- с парковкой проблем нет, когда занята, можно ставить вдоль дороги
- разрешено с собакой, плата в зависимости от размера, за спаниеля взяли 25 бел₽ в сутки, отель в коттеджном посёлке стоит, есть, где погулять с четвероногим. Да и до леса метров 300
Из минусов
- обычный номер очень маленький, двуспальная кровать, непонятный диванчик, телевизор развернут так, что смотреть не сможете с кровати
- стульев, стола, шкафа нет, микро прихожая, два стакана, перекусывали на подоконнике
- старая сантехника, пришлось стать мужем на час - поставить на место дверцу душевой кабины, прикрепить причудливый смеситель раковины, унитаз без крышки смывал с третьего раза
- Вай фай есть, но медленный и отваливался, сетки две (!), на втором этаже первая не берет
- отсутствие каких либо удобств для приёма пищи. На ресепшне лишь вода и чайник, просили в номер чайник, не нашлось живого
- бельё не меняли за 5 дней, мусор убрали на четвёртый
Резюме
Это скорее мотель без претензий. Переночевать, помыться и ехать по своим делам.
Задуман был, видимо, на другой уровень, но сейчас переживает не лучшие времена. Пообветшал, общепит прикрыт, сантехника требует замены, экономят на всём. Три ставить вроде не за что, но 4 🌟 с большой натяжкой
