A very pleasant hotel, quiet, clean, cozy. The room is nice, the bed is very comfortable, the pillows are comfortable, the bed linen is decent. In the bathroom there are towels, gel/shampoo, hair dryer. There is no refrigerator (only in the suite). On the ground floor there is water, kettle, tea/coffee. When booking, keep correspondence on the cost / conditions of accommodation - it will be useful upon check-in, payment in Belarusian rubles.
If necessary , we will come here again 🙂

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city. The room is cozy, very warm. The towels and the bed are clean. There is a coffee machine downstairs in the hall, an electric kettle, very convenient. We came to Minsk for a day to a concert with two teenage girls. We lived in a room with a double bed and an extra sofa. It is very convenient for little money. There is a 105 bus near the hotel, we got to the city + taxi.

The advantages are that they are accepted around the clock. There is a corner for eating at the bottom next to the reception desk. There you can drink free tea and make yourself free toast with jam. There is also a good coffee machine installed there, which will make you a variety of coffee drinks for an inexpensive price (payment is possible on the World map). By Halloween, the hall was beautifully decorated thematically. The hotel staff was no longer present, thus did not interfere with the stay. The room has everything you need for a stay. Underfloor heating. TV (4 channels), bathroom with shower, refrigerator.
Cons - near the MKAD. The sounds of passing cars are constantly heard. The bus runs once an hour on an unknown schedule. I had to use taxi services to go to the city. During the entire stay of 8 nights, they never came to clean the room, take out the trash, change the linen, etc. Mice ran around the suspended ceiling at night. I had to scare them away with YouTube sounds or wave a towel. 🤣

A good hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. For tourists by car is a very good option. Near the Mkad, 10-15 minutes and in the center of Minsk.
The room is cozy and clean.
Of the cons. There are not enough cafes where you can have a snack. But there is a coffee machine in the lobby, you can make tea and toast with jam.
Three-piece sound insulation between the rooms. One night we listened to the movie (it's a pity we didn't find out how it ended) and were silent accomplices of the evening conversation.

Excellent roadside hotel, very convenient access by car from any direction. There is a parking lot.At night, you can hear a little noise of cars driving, and the wind blowing through the window. The rooms are clean enough, the bed and sofa are comfortable, the pillows do not smell.There is a TV, a private toilet with a sink and a small shower.The shower cabin is a bit cramped, but it has its own separate one, so it's normal. One of the minor disadvantages was that there was no lid on the toilet seat (I was afraid to drop something there every time), and the bathroom door creaked. We stayed in January, there was no heating. The room temperature is slightly cool, but we had a great time.There is a kitchenette on the ground floor.:there is a cooler, kettle, toaster. You can buy coffee in the coffee machine (for a fee of about 75 rubles).There are very nice beautiful girls at the reception, they told me everything.

I really liked the mini-hotel. Outside the city, on the ground. It is very convenient with active children, there is an opportunity for children to spend time outside. The inside and outside of the hotel is beautiful and clean. The price and quality are consistent. The staff is kind, polite and attentive.

A great place to spend the night inexpensively, traveling on a budget in Minsk and the surrounding area. The hotel is on the MKAD, so it will not suit guests without a car. For motorists, it is a cozy, one might say, heavenly place. There is no breakfast, but there is a chic coffee machine, microwave and a terrace "for smoking". A nice hotel in a picturesque location. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The first hotel in our memory where we were given a room with a real double bed, and not with two shifted ones. You can have breakfast with toast and jam in the lobby, all kitchen equipment except coffee is included in the price. The staff is responsive and ready to answer all questions. The only thing is, if you are without a car, you need to plan your day well: buses between the hotel and Minsk run only once an hour.

It's terrible, disgusting, all at an exorbitantly high price. We paid 200 BYN (price per night) in January 2025 for a room in which there is nothing at all from the word "at all". They gave me a room on the 1st floor that was terribly small and cramped. Without a balcony and with a view of the fence. The bathroom smelled horribly of sewage. In the room, the hole in the curtain was disguised by tying the curtain in a knot. The pillows on the bed are so thin, as if they don't exist at all. Neither breakfast, nor tea, coffee or water are naturally included. There is no sound insulation in the room either - you can hear everything that the neighbors are talking about. There is no kettle or refrigerator in the room. For some reason, 1 shampoo and 3 shower gels were placed in the shower for two guests. The location is terrible - the hotel is located behind the MKAD, it is difficult to get there by public transport and, accordingly, it is difficult to get back, minibuses run once an hour. The receptionist is extremely inconsiderate to the guests. Is that why things are so bad in our hotel business? I don't recommend this place to anyone.

The shower stall is tin, it's all in someone else's hair, sorry, I almost threw up. The walls are the same as the pillows, the neighbor's snoring was heard as if he was lying in front of me. Although the price is low, it is justified by the location on the outskirts of the city overlooking the MKAD. If you are without a car, it is better to overpay and take a hotel for 3000 rubles more expensive, because you take a taxi for the same thing.

And so, I'll start with the pros. We stayed there for two nights. The first night, upon arrival, we could not find anything nearby, free and inexpensive. I booked at this hotel. It's nice to be at the mkad. The room was located on the second floor, stuffy, not critical, clean enough, no foreign odors. Minuses : The TV didn't work, or rather, it turned on, but you couldn't watch anything on it. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all. Towels that are questionable in their cleanliness. Payment is made exclusively in cash and only in Belarusian rubles! In continuation of the disadvantages, on the second night I had to book a suite, since there were no rooms, meaning by the name of the suite, I wanted to see at times the best and most comfortable accommodation for the night at least. But that was not the case, if we gave 90 for the usual room and were not dissatisfied, then this is a complete trash. Torn tulle, bed linen was not changed, garbage was not taken out, towels 100% did not change either, or they are extremely poorly washed. But there is a refrigerator, a safe, which, it seems to me, does not work either, but we did not need it. We gave 115 Belarusian rubles for this. It's a quiet horror. I'll be honest. And yes, when checking in for the second time, they didn't even register... Which suggests that they gave us economy class, for a suite and put it in their pocket.... I hope the hotel owner sees this and takes action.
