Nice place with the opportunity to detach yourself from your daily routine. Staff is great. Russian sauna with no window for fresh air inflow - headache is almost guaranteed. Food 2 out of 3, plenty of alcohol beverages in the fridge located in the room. Not a professional sauna or spa.

Before the New Year holidays, we rented a chalet in the mountains to bask in the sauna.
For two people, the area of the house is, of course, excessive, but still extremely cozy!
We ordered different vaping sessions, I liked it overall, but I would like to make the warm-up hotter and brighter. The female steammaster was a little short of the desired steam level. Her massage was also a little mediocre.
Most of the dishes on the menu are designed for a huge company, so the choice of small snacks is quite limited.
But the overall impression is still positive. If a smaller house had been added to the territory, for couples or small companies, it would have been great!

It's an unreasonably expensive place, where they charge money for every little thing, and it's not small. The house was rented for a long time, but the steam room is very small, and you have to take turns walking.. They count the rent every minute, it's a miracle, and ten percent still count from above.. The kitchen is very good, but the prices are too high...

Cool complex, everything is beautiful, well maintained, excellent sauna, vat, swimming pool, delicious food. But! They cheat, include services that did not exist. They charge 10% for the service and count for the entire check (including the bath and vat, and not just for the food. And also for slippers, hats, etc.). It's an amazing place. Harmony, relaxation, the whole range of pleasures. We were with friends before the New Year, rented a house in Marrakech. The houses are excellent, everything is well done, but as many people write here, they were deceived.
We counted +50% of the correct receipt from above, which we did not use, we did not learn the prepayment. ANOTHER 10% service fee was charged for this amount. The total overpayment was more than 120k tenge. We arrived home, discovered the deception, and were told that the receipt was closed and no changes could be made. As a result, the part was returned, the administrator admitted the errors in the receipt, but did not agree to make a correct receipt.
You can come only on one condition - to thoroughly check the receipt at departure and discuss each position.
