A very beautiful interior and a wide palette of colors, delicious coffee , But.. I was unlucky with the master, the length of the nails was completely removed, although I asked to leave the long ones — perhaps the fact is that the master was wearing headphones the whole procedure Sawed out the points of growth to red rollers and inflammation Cuts on the cuticle The master's material was flowing, so they constantly corrected it with a brush with alcohol. It's very unpleasant for wounds I spent the whole manicure thinking when it would end There are questions for the master, but more of them are for the salon.. you have a school, train your masters in soft work with the client.. And administrators at the same time. When calculating, they silently took the money, did not smile and did not ask anything. They called me back on my Instagram feedback and asked me why I didn't tell the master.. And I said, they just didn't hear me and said, "Okay." UPD: As a result, the rollers festered, throbbed for another 5 days. Baths with sea salt + levomekol were my friends, tin UPD 2: when regrowing, red-hot nail cuts are visible, these places will later break when they grow to the edge + the nail is narrowed on the sides due to the fact that the points of growth were cut out Healthy normal nails are now 3-4 months away for sure

It's a very good salon, the masters do it carefully and safely. All equipment is sterile. Manicure / pedicure is done quickly, rarely when delayed in time. The coating lasts a long time. I went to different salons, but this one is the best in Yerevan. Good friendly service, there is an online record. And eyebrows are made very beautiful here)

The place is very beautiful and cozy, the manicure was done terribly, considering that every second finger had a wound after her manicure. Her fingers where she cut them hurt a lot the next day and The coating flew off the plate.. Everything was very bad with communication.. I liked the manicure: it was done very carefully, after a week it looks like new, although usually the color grows from the hole; the master helped me choose the color (and what is important, she did not impose her opinion and did not hurry), they offered water-tea-coffee. In Moscow, I did a manicure at ma &mi, where the service has become much worse than here. I'll be back again. It would be great if we added an online record.

They don't know how to do anything, but they have such an opinion about themselves! The owner of the salon did his best with the interior, but the trouble with the masters is to put it mildly! Arrogant and stubborn! They will never learn anything with this approach! Massively dismiss and hire the masters corresponding to the prices and the salon! Trained and experienced! Two of them had one worse than the other! They don't even pull on the 3rd! Prices for Yerevan are also milking such a level of space! The worst manicure and pedicure of my life! You don't know what alignment is, gentlemen! You saw to the meat and pain... horror! I do not recommend going here! Discomfort from the process and pain from understanding what nails will be after and detachment in 3 days!!!

Beautiful interior and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the manicure itself does not meet the declared high standards. After a week of wearing, the edge of the lacquer coating began to peel off and break off on several nails. Still, for such a price, I would like to get a manicure that is more durable and does not cause discomfort.

No one got in touch) K-customer orientation. At the same time, prices are higher than the average in Yerevan. I'll sign up for another salon, since you don't need clients.
