For the first time in my experience, the recipient received exactly the flowers that I chose from the catalog on the site. Usually, there are samples in catalogs that are repeated and it turns out "based on the motives, taking into account the materials available at the moment" and there has never been a time when they collected the same or better sample, these are always compromises to varying degrees in the direction of simplification.

Просто шикарный магазин цветов! Заказывал букет цветов с доставкой тете на день рождения, сам нахожусь в России, все делал через интернет, ни одного звонка, все через сайт и месенджеры, все понятно, интуитивно и без проблем. Единственная проблема была с оплатой на сайте, вылетала ошибка что нет связи с банком, но мы быстро нашли выход. Все оплатил, поле сборки букета мне прислали фото его, написали сто курьер выезжает, после вручения букета написали что все доставлено. Отличный магазин, рекомендую на все 100%, если нужно поздравить родных и близких из за рубежа, обращайтесь в Лютик и тут сделают все в лучшем виде

На протяжении нескольких лет заказываю розы с доставкой по г. Гомель. Всегда отзывчивый и вежливый оператор, и посоветует подскажет. Цветы превосходно го качества, отлично упакованы. Не знаю кто организовывает доставку, но ребята пунктуальны! Рекомендую

Заказывали букет на день рождения мамы. Заказывали из другой страны,по фото, оплачивали дистанционно. Букет превзошел все ожидания! Был шикарнее даже ,чем мы просили! Огромный. Доставили его вовремя, учли все наши пожелания. Написали записку с нашим текстом ( удивительно, но будто нашим почерком) Огромное спасибо!!! У флориста просто дар!
