We booked an apartment of 55 meters for 6 days at a Booking a month before check-in. On the day of arrival, we were informed that they had rented out our apartment, and we were offered to move into a room 20 meters, dirty, not cleaned, with a sagging mattress to the floor. It was removed after 18:00. We were offered no discount, no refund of the price difference, no water, no apologies. Now we do not know how to go to another hotel, lustica bay 2b TC refuses to cancel the reservation, the cancellation penalty is equal to the full cost of the apartment 55 meters.
