A good and convenient location to stop in Dubai
My wife and I stayed for 7 days. We will be happy to come back here again
Of the advantages:
1. Good job of managers. We liked that you can write to WhatsApp at any time and they will respond promptly - they will send an electrician or help you solve the issue
2. Delicious breakfasts. Although there are only 4 breakfasts available to choose from, they are still delicious. It is possible to order breakfast in the room without additional charges
3. Convenient location. Dubai Mall is a 15-minute walk away, there are many affordable shops and restaurants nearby. There is a whole area of boutiques and cafes across the street. There is a 24-hour shop right in the house
4. Parking is included in the price. If you have a car, you can conveniently place it
5. Room amenities. Various amenities are available in the room in the form of a coffee machine, toaster, hair dryer. Everything for a comfortable stay
Of the cons:
1. In the last two days, our air conditioner broke down and did not cool below 25 degrees, which is not very comfortable for such a warm country
2. The toaster and kettle didn't work, but it didn't bother us much
3. There was a bad smell from the bathroom for several days. As it turned out, there were problems with the sewer system - unfortunately, they could not help with this and had to constantly cover the sewer

I took off my cards. In general, the price-quality ratio is decent. Stylish, neat, yet not killed. Cleaning every day. There is a cafe and a shop downstairs. Dubai Mall is a 15-minute walk away. According to the name, the place is suitable for business trips, there is no point in living there for tourism.

These apartments do not justify such a high price in any way. In some places, the wallpaper is stripped, the tables are scratched. As soon as we entered the room, we immediately saw that the place was being cleaned somehow.There is also unnecessary electronic equipment in the kitchen and other places. They do not save space, they made a huge balcony overlooking a dusty construction site.The horror!!!
