I left the order, called back, agreed on the day and time of delivery - the goods were not delivered that day and were not even warned, I had to call myself. In a completely non-caring tone, I was offered to postpone the day of the order. I agreed. I never received the order, but on the appointed day I received a call and in the same careless tone an offer to cancel the order altogether, since again "something did not work out".
