Our child has congenital myopia, i and my wife also have vision problems. We are very glad that we found this clinic and Dr. Natia Dediashvili. Natia and all her colleagues always treat their patients with great attention, sensitivity, and care. The clinic is very well-equipped, and the diagnostics are exceptionally thorough. All doctors follow evidence-based medical practices. Now, our whole family looks forward to each visit. There is a nice playroom for children in the waiting area. Our child is no longer afraid of the ophthalmologist or the eye drops. When our child gets older, we’ll try orthokeratology lenses. Many thanks to Dr. Natia for creating such a wonderful clinic and for the thoughtful care shown to every patient!
I would be glad to come again because of chill and professional atmosphere made by the clinic itself and doctor Natia Dediashvili. Doctor is very attentive and she answers every question you have. So I recommend it, if you need some advice and help about your eyes, then go there!
I went to the clinic for vision diagnostics, and everything went well here: the doctor was attentive, the diagnosis was accurate. Later, I decided to order lenses for my Tom Ford frame, and I regret that I trusted it.
At the "consultation" on the selection of lenses, which lasted no more than a minute, I was offered three options: transparent, with blue and with green coating. When asked what the difference was, the answer was, "It's a matter of habit." I chose transparent ones, not knowing that they are without anti-glare coating and glare like a mirror.
On the same day, it turned out that the installed lenses were of unknown origin, with the Renault carmaker logo on the packaging. The QR code just leads to Google. No information about the manufacturer, no website, no guarantees. Later, the employees explained that this was allegedly a Chinese factory of the "French company Renaut" (spelling preserved), but they did not provide any evidence. Also, the original lenses from my frame were damaged — holes were drilled into them without warning.
I have requested a refund. In response, they only offered to replace the lenses — they had them again, but I refused this option, because after all that had happened, trust was lost. They did not agree to a refund, citing the law.
A good diagnosis does not compensate for an unprofessional approach, questionable lens quality, and a complete lack of transparency. I don't recommend it.
