The cashier refused to issue tickets, moreover, we were traveling a little further than Batumi and the cashier assured us that the bus was going there and took the payment. I must say that it was night time. While they were demanding tickets from him, swearing, he already said that the bus was coming and we ran after him to the stop. Waving his arms, he stopped the bus and put us in. As it turned out, the bus does not go to the desired point, because after Batumi it has a different route. We didn't have any tickets. It's clear that we got there on our own, but still. There is no toilet, no stops, no tea on the bus for such a distance. Nothing.the places are uncomfortable. No charging for the phone. Disgusting service.
