I would like to mention the Lukoil gas station on Kolomenskoye passage 3 A. This is the best gas station in Nagatino. The staff provides professional and fast service, both at the cash desks and on the speakers. They will always help and solve any issue. A friendly team! And it is always felt! I refueled regularly and quite often at this gas station, but recently something is clearly going wrong there ...
I just always thought that the name of the place should match the services provided, and if the gas station is indicated, then at least refueling the car here will not be difficult. The trend of recent months at this facility is increasingly convincing me that I'm wrong...
It's just that one checkout accepts goods in the form of some kind of light bulbs or other small items, which are defiantly counted piece by piece while you stand and shift from one foot to the other at this very checkout, and on the other they prepare hot dogs on a family of 5-6 people, they make coffee, heat something in the microwave, but just like at the first checkout, they are in no hurry to release the main product to you.
In the end, out of the blue, some kind of completely unnecessary queue of motorists gathers, who, like you, with the same bewilderment on their face, shift from foot to foot in the same way, not understanding why you can't just fill up the car at the gas station and drive on. Why is it necessary to stand in line "at the door" (which, by the way, are automatic, and open / close from people trampling under the sensor) just to refuel at a place called a gas station?

We very often use the toll highway (up to 5 times a month), stopping at Lukoil every time. In the beginning it was like a German autobahn service. Everything is clean, convenient, and tasty enough in the cafe. And now a few months have passed.... The pharmacy did not work and does not work. The toilets are cleaned honestly for three, and the worst thing is that already half of the technical devices do not work, namely soap dispensers, towels, yes, there is no, 1 faucet out of three in the women's toilet does not work. You come out of the toilet and tear off a piece of cloth or napkin from some common woman. The shells are dirty, even with sand. 05/29/24 last time we went and I needed a mother and child's room in order to put on compression underwear according to medical indications. By the way, I'm in a position! So the cleaner started knocking on the door like crazy, pointing out that this is the mother and child's room and my pregnancy is not visible! Rudeness is unheard of! Of course, the stomach does not immediately get on the nose, especially for slender women, especially in a maternity dress! I have a corresponding document from the doctor, actually! Without apologizing, she turned around with a dissatisfied face and left! You pay more than 2 thousand for the highway.... Were you afraid that I would somehow defame this room or something? Every time my husband and I see these cleaners standing in groups of 3-4 people and chatting just....or they're sitting at tables! The manager.... ow!!!!! All the cute girls work at the ticket offices and the cook guy is also always friendly! Such a huge station, and the service is like in the village ... I regret that I did not take the complaint book ... next time I will do so

The service is disgusting, 11.02 two ladies were standing and chatting without noticing anyone. We ordered 4 French dogs, paid 26 rubles, received disgusting French dogs, or rather 4 sausages and 4 dry rolls, for 4 French dogs there was a drop of sauce and only two had 2 micro cucumbers on the bottom. At the checkout, I was told that there would only be beef sausages, which, in principle, suited us, as a result, 1 sausage turned out to be pork, my body basically does not perceive pork, thanks for the fact that I was rinsed from this sausage for half a day. We'll never stop by again.

Are you laughing? How did you see from the cameras that the sausage was beef? How did you see how much sauce was added? It's just ridiculous. I understand that you don't want to admit the mistakes of your employees, but you should think about improving the quality of service and, at least occasionally, send secret buyers to them to see how your employees prepare French dogs at this particular gas station. As well as how they serve.

I categorically disagree with the previous reviews: 1- the sanitation is terrible, (attached photo below) 2- elephant flies run everywhere, (photo below), 3- the staff is slow, 4- hot dogs are not bad, but really few sauces, 5- coffee...
