I really like the Lukoil gas station network, I always refuel only at them. But the staff who work there are not always qualified, in particular at the Lukoil gas station, which is located in Grodno near the bus station. I had previously come there to refuel, there were never any questions. The last time the specialist who served me did not hold my card, was in a hurry somewhere, said something incomprehensibly, as a result, the service was just about nothing, after which the desire to come to this gas station disappeared in the future.
