LUKOIL is also Lukoil in Africa. For a very long time, the diesel-ecto refueled on it... But a couple of years ago I faced such a problem, the diesel fuel froze in winter ((( (and I was not alone in the city, as it turned out)... Which disappointed me very much... I drove around for three years, but eventually returned to her again. However, now I refuel at other gas stations in winter.
