The gas station of contrasts. On the one hand, there is a good gas station, a minimarket, and polite staff. On the other hand, there is a service in the form of a bio toilet, which is understandable as a temporary solution. But it is permanent at a stationary gas station. Next time we will refuel at a gas station with a decent level of service - without contrasts.

Fuel is always available. Polite staff. You can have a snack and drink coffee. The only drawback is the toilet on the street in the form of a cubicle, it is difficult for the elderly and with children there.

There are 2 diesel fuel pumps, each with 2 fuel dispensers. One of them is a large diameter, which is obviously not suitable for passenger cars. The second one seems to be the right size, but it is impossible to open the fuel neck curtain with it. As a result, it did not work to refuel with diesel on a passenger car that has a shutter in the neck of the fuel tank. The last time I had a similar problem was about 7 years ago. It is strange that Lukoil did not take care of the necessary equipment for its gas station.

We were in Novogrudok for the first time, stopped to refuel and go to the toilet. Refueling is normal, but the toilet, which is impossible to enter on the street, is in terrible condition!

A bad gas station, a bad entrance, the whole road is in holes, not polite employees (pretend to be polite communication, but they do not consider the client to be a person), their own stupid rules: they may refuse to service, i.e. not refuel if the car drove up to the gate wrong (turned around and drove up to the column in reverse, because the tank is on the right, and everything is occupied on the left) in general, I will not go there anymore....
