I want to share my impressions about the work of the Lugbilet service.
3 weeks before the vacation, after buying vouchers, I ordered a reservation for two places in a Telegram to the number +79595020390 indicated in the contacts on the website of the Travel ticket.
I was told that "the reservation has passed" and the day before departure, the carrier will contact us, who will inform us of the departure time and the license plate of the bus.
The day before departure, the carrier called me from the number +79591385038 and informed me that there were no seats on the bus for us, because she, quote, "did not take us seriously" because people booking through this service never go.
When asked to give the phone number of the management, she refused.
In the end, after an active dialogue and hassle with the ticket manager and the carrier, they promised to provide me with seats on the bus, for which I had to arrive at the departure point by 15 o'clock. At the same time, the departure of the bus was supposed to take place at 15-30, the license plate of the bus was not named.
The bus did not arrive at the appointed time, and the buses following later did not have our names on the lists.
It was impossible to get through to the carrier (she did not pick up the phone), and the manager of the Air ticket wrote to me that she had done her job, and I had to deal with the carrier myself.
When I got through to the carrier at +79591385038 at about 17:00, they were rude to me and hung up on me.
I strongly advise you not to use the services of this service and the carrier about which, unfortunately, I only know the phone number.

It's not the first time I've used the services of this organization, and there are always problems. The last time I booked a ticket for a month, I called the day before to confirm the reservation, for some reason, from where they took another time, as a result, they agreed on the necessary time. Of course, communication leaves much to be desired, as if I owe them something. Well, the time will come, all of you will trample on the street, you will be replaced by more adequate and competent people who want to work and earn money.
In the end, I was waiting for the bus, I arrived in an hour, so as not to miss it, but the bus, during, just rushed past me ...... The dispatcher does not pick up the phone, the phone constantly does not take off the network, it was extremely difficult to get through, but still I studied, but I never they explained the reason for my "throw".

They really let us down, they booked 2 places in Yalta by minibus in a month. As a result, they called the day before the trip and said that the minibus was not going, a big bus was coming. Why accept a reservation if you have no idea which bus is going?
There is one outlet for the entire station that works to charge the phone, there are three sockets for charging phones, they are disconnected. But in general, there are not many people at the bus station, there is a place to eat and it's great.
I express my personal opinion. If you offended someone, I don't care. Further on the points:
1. I booked a ticket a month in advance, as a result, the dispatchers got something mixed up and the issues on my ticket were resolved on the penultimate day, fortunately they were resolved, but how.
2. The promised transport was supposed to leave at 14:00, but in fact left at 16:15. The reason for the delay turned out to be some kind of technical malfunction of the bus and the bus was eventually replaced with another one, then the most interesting thing.
3. The seats on the bus are small, people with a height of 1.90 and above will not be able to rest in any way, and the path is not close.
4. The Wifi was promised - it was not
5. The windows are dirty
6. The drivers had just arrived from the flight and did not get back behind the wheel rested. By the way, they drive for about 16 hours. Due to this fatigue, the driver's uncertainty was traced (he was swerving along a straight highway and could potentially create an emergency situation and endanger his life and the rest of the passengers). I suggest writing out a Darwin award to the person who made the decision to put these guys behind the wheel after the flight.
7. It is unrealistically hot on the bus. The air conditioner is running at 3/5. In principle, a sunroof could help out, but alas, not all passengers like this idea (but this is already the cost of such trips and there is no getting away from it).
8. Next, in my place, I observe just terribly dirty windows from which you can see the maximum blurred silhouettes of buildings and landscapes that were passing.
9. The curtain on the window flew off after an hour of driving.
To sum up: The carrier is terrible, the condition of the bus is terrible, the impressions of the trip are similar. I do not recommend it to anyone. Contact other transportation services!!!

I booked a ticket from Moscow to Lugansk, they don't answer the phone, I arrived at the station myself, since tickets have already been bought in the opposite direction, so the dispatcher said that all tickets were sold by the bus station itself, but in fact the bus was canceled! Horror, just horror, if you want to get there without adventures by shifting, running as I had to do, do not contact this mountain organization, they will not help you in an incomprehensible situation! Your nerves will be better!

The driver smoked like a steam locomotive all night, the minibus is very crowded and it is very difficult to drive such a time (12 hours).

A disgusting company canceled our reservation itself, did not warn us and did not call. And they make fools of us by saying that they called us.
I wrote an appeal to Rospotrebnadzor with a lawyer to check this office.

I booked a ticket for the Rostov - Lugansk flight, but they never called me back. Support is very slow and often just ignores. Either take tickets much earlier to understand that you will not get a call back, or do not take tickets here at all.
