I read the reviews, nothing has changed since 2023, Stakhanov's trip to Moscow, today (17.10.24)I arrived before Kotelnikov.You did not land at the bus station, but near the metro along the highway at half past 6 in the morning, it was dark.Then I went to Shchelkovskaya.I went earlier (not by this carrier), the bus always stopped at the Kotelniki bus station and drove on.My daughter ordered a taxi, no one understood where to go from this highway, everything was with my things.One driver coughed all the way so that the bus shuddered.The bus itself is in terrible condition, dirty from the outside, there are no sockets inside, no TV, it blows from the ceiling.In parking lots, the driver does not say how long to stand, whether everyone has gathered to leave.When they began to be indignant, then he began to speak.There has never been such a trip for 4 thousand rubles.Bus number 916.The carrier, of course, does not care about our reviews, but if you want to get there properly, look for reviews from another carrier.

The Novorossiysk-Lugansk flight. A wonderful new bus! The seats recline, anatomically shaped. The air conditioner works as it should, if desired, it is easy to turn it off. This is the first time I've seen a bus equipped with cameras. A very pleasant, friendly and trustworthy driver

A disgusting organization. We were on our way to Volgograd when the bus broke down. The driver returns to Lugansk without telling anyone anything. As a result, we are at the Bus Station, or rather on the street, because the station is closed at night and there is a curfew. The vacation is ruined. I've lost money and time!
