When we checked in, we had to go and "beg" for at least one chair in the room, glasses, water (bottles with drinking water had to stand), soap (it was never given!). There was no refrigerator. In the evening we found out that one of the blankets (they were lying separately in the closet) does not have a duvet cover, and on the other blanket the duvet cover is gray and with blood stains!!! I don't know how many guests didn't change it. I took a picture of this outrage, although for ethical reasons I will not post a photo here. The walls in the rooms are like paper. You can hear everything from the street, from the corridor, and from the first floor, where conversations and laughter began at the reception at 4.30 am. There is an announcement: breakfast is from 7 to 10 in the morning. But they immediately warn that breakfast will start at 8 am. In the morning we had to leave early for Bukhara, and we were promised that something would be prepared by 7.30. There was nothing! At 7.30 two girls came and started washing the dishes left over from yesterday. There was no food at all. One of the girls was pouring tap water with a bucket (!) into a container for boiling it, although there were bottles of drinking water nearby. She laughed at my remark. I would not advise anyone to experience all these "pleasures" in the People.

This is not a hotel, but a flophouse. And it's not clear to me at all. how this place got permission to receive guests. There is no heating in the building!!! In general! It is not provided structurally. There are no batteries in the rooms and there are not even coils in the bathrooms. The only source of heat is the air conditioner. If you like to sleep under its noise and wake up with dry mucous membranes, this is where you are.
The breakfast is poor. but in a place like this, you shouldn't expect the best. But what killed: We don't have enough cups. So buy them. Will a dozen cups ruin you? Or do you not care that people are waiting for the dishes to be free?
What's not there yet is windows. In general, it seems that the building was originally built as a non-residential...

After the Sun Hotel, we checked into the Ludem Hotel in the second half of our vacation. The hotel has two floors, a large number of rooms and the hotel is ventilated around the clock. A separate conversation about the bathroom. Yes, there is a hair dryer, sink, toilet and shower as in any other room, but the claim is rather to the shower cabin if you can call it that. Just small sides. After each shower there is a lot of water on the floor, no matter how you try to wash carefully and cover yourself with a curtain, there will be a lot of water on the floor. It's not very pleasant. The floor is slippery in the room and in the bathroom. If you wash, I do not advise you to immediately take a shower, you will have to wait for the hot water to go. If you have any cleaning requests, you will not be able to approach the girl who cleans the rooms, unless you speak the local language, contact the administration they will translate. If you want to order food, then 90% of couriers will slow down at the entrances that are located 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel, in fact, residential buildings will be behind the wall of the hotel, but you will have to make a semicircle. And you will have to explain to the courier where you are or go to them yourself, a small number of quarries stopped at the hotel. But this is a rare case. If you are delayed in fact, the eviction is very hasty, you will be kicked around, especially if your flight is in the evening, I was traveling abroad for the first time and did not know anything about the policy of hotels, actually these are my problems. But if you are a beginner, it is better to pay for the day of eviction. And you can safely get in, get ready to wash up. If a girl, wife or daughter accidentally starts women's days and you get dirty on white sheets, a blanket or a mattress, you will be fined 715 rubles (100,000 soums), provided that the machine cannot wash it (again, I say for those who travel abroad for the first time, I did not know about it, it was not pleasant it was embarrassing and even more embarrassing to say this to the receptionist who translated it to the girl who cleans the rooms). And one more thing. If you cannot move around on your own, be sure to rent a room on the ground floor, because there are no devices on the stairs for lifting a stroller. The big minus, as I said before, is very good audibility. Especially if you are renting for a long time, if you are for a couple of days, then you may not notice the disadvantages of this hotel that become obvious over time.
A terrible hotel, does not match the price, for a single room it cost 400 thousand soums. there is dampness in the bathroom, the shower curtains are mildewed from the water below, it's time to change them, the stench is terrible, the water does not flow away immediately when bathing, it is gaining. The flush tank in the toilet did not work, did not flush at all, I gave an application in the morning, we walked around Tashkent all day, came in the evening, but the toilet was not fixed. I had to move to another room. The only plus is that the breakfast is varied, the assortment is extensive, and it is deliciously cooked. I do not recommend this hotel. We were there from June 8th to June 11th.
Pros: buffet, you can't hear the noise of the road, the administration helps with any issue: they move to a free room and bring furniture if desired. there is no window, the sun does not interfere with sleep, there is air conditioning and ventilation.
Cons: Terrible sound insulation. I visited four hotels for the same price and cheaper, this one is the worst because of the noise of neighbors from all sides watching TV until 12 at night. It is impossible to sleep. I left the keys for cleaning in the morning, I come in the evening nothing has been cleaned. There is no table and chair. There are no shelves in the closet. There's a plaque in the shower.
The hotel itself is normal, but the furniture in the rooms is partially broken. A good breakfast is included in the price, porridge, eggs, pastries. You can drink tea during the day.
Garbage, if you want to spoil the impression of the city, I recommend it (they brought us to this luxury hotel at night, we did not book it, when returning the funds, we did not return a decent amount, although the tax is 12 percent, but decided to come off in full)

There is no hot water. A room without a window facing the street. The linen does not change, when they checked in, it was noticeable that more than 3-4 visitors did not change, they asked to change - even then they were given stale and not ironed linen. The floors are dirty everywhere, in the room, in the hallway, in the hall and in the kitchen. A layer of dust and hair, obviously save a lot on wet cleaning. We booked a family room, and eventually settled into a triple room, facing the fact when we arrived. The staff is polite, if you are not worried about dirty laundry, you can spend the night.
Excellent breakfasts, clean rooms, comfortable beds. However, neither Wi-Fi nor mobile Internet was normally picked up in my room, although there is 5g in other places of the hotel...
There is an unpleasant smell in the rooms. It's not very clean, but the staff is good. In my case, some kind of clip was filmed on the upper floor and it was very noisy.
