I've tried a bunch of different bike rentals in Phuket, but these guys are the best
Firstly, they are super flexible and understanding, they will always wait and get into the situation, they will help. I fucked up the bike and had to change the part - the guys shared its cost with me🙏
Secondly, the price tag is very nice, and the bikes are brand new + they can put a trunk (which is not everywhere). I personally rented ADV160 for a long time and I was given super conditions. They also washed the bike for free.
Thirdly, they are technically ahead of everyone, they have an authorized document flow - they will not lose anything. They give out a personal chat in WhatsApp, where you can track your rent and all docks + get support on all issues there. If there is a problem with the bike, they immediately leave and help.

I took a honda pcx for 11 days. The mileage of the bike was small, the moto was in very good condition. Everything is modern with the guys, you sign documents digitally with your finger on the tablet. I took a bike with delivery to the hotel for an additional fee in the region of 500 baht, it saves a lot of time. I checked into the hotel and in 1.5 hours I'm already on the horse) Immediately upon renting, a chat is created in WhatsApp, where they can answer all questions. I did not encounter a minus sign. I wanted to stop by to change the helmet for the girl, but I arrived at the office 5 minutes before closing, was already closed, wrote to them and left, they unsubscribed that they had opened the office for me and were waiting for me, but I did not go. But anyway, well done for coming back and opening it. In general, I was satisfied with the service, I recommend it.

They also took the bike from our hotel on the day of the end of the lease. The only point is that if you suddenly want to extend the lease, say until late in the evening or at night, then the rental price will already be hourly, take this point into account. We contacted the guys in November 2024, the whole process: from choosing mopeds on the website to returning the deposit at the end of the lease went perfectly, without a hitch, without a hitch)
I really enjoyed the interaction with the staff: both Russians and Thais, who delivered our bikes directly to the hotel.
I'll tell you more: first, I contacted the managers on WhatsApp, we picked up the right bikes and the next day the mopeds were brought to our hotel at the designated time. We bought insurance and a trunk for one of the mopeds, and there were no problems with that either.
It is more convenient to give the deposit in cash in baht, then it will be returned immediately after the end of the lease.
We drove very carefully, carefully monitored the condition of the mopeds, but still be very vigilant when parking the equipment. Try to do this away from other mopeds and not on busy streets (such can be found) - otherwise they can be ground, scratched or even moved from place to place without your knowledge.
And another tip: be careful and attentive at gas stations: watch how you are poured and counted gasoline (they can cheat).
As a result: I can safely recommend this motorcycle rental company, the guys are the best! Keep the bar up.
