They answered me, they contacted the restaurant and said that the courier was delayed and the order would be in 30 minutes. As a result, the pizza arrived at 20:55, the box is crumpled, the cardboard is soaked, the pizza is cold. Total: the order arrived in 2 hours and 20 minutes, the box is collapsed, the pizza is cold, as a result, my friends and I did not get pleasure and enjoyment from eating pizza. I ordered for the first and last time, as no one called about the delay in the order, and after calling the restaurant and explaining the whole situation, no discount was offered for the next order or other types of refunds.
Super, I really liked the 4 pizzas I ordered at lucky. There was even an error in the order, accidentally ordered spicy food through Yandex, but we can't. I called the pizzeria, they redid it without any problems. Delicious pizza and nice staff!
