Everything is cool and good!!!
I don't know how to contact the administration, but I'll try. We left 2 pairs of earrings with blue onyx, bought as an anniversary gift, 2 boxes numbered N5302 in anex. If you find it, please send it by cash on delivery. Thanks in advance
In the period from August 3 to August 10, the whole family had a rest at the hotel next to Lusida beech, in Oceanic. Our windows were just facing this hotel.Music is blaring all day , evening and at night until 24 o'clock ....All 7 nights we just suffered ((((At the request of the reception of this hotel to turn off or at least turn down the music after 23 o'clock, we did not hear anything specific. This is not the first time we have been on vacation in Turkey, but this is the first time we have met such a "loud" hotel.I do not advise anyone to go there!
We are "resting" at the hotel from July 30th. This is our third visit to this hotel. And every year it gets worse and worse! There is not even a close conversation about 5*! A weak three. Why? On the third day, the safe was blocked. Well, I managed to take out the valuables. Called, came, poked around, replaced. Only they forgot to put the mat in the safe. It's a small thing, but "nice." Refused the safe. The overhead shower in the shower pours in all directions, just not on the head. I turned, twisted 2 screws, it didn't get any better. Paid - wi-fi ($ 20 per week) does not work on the beach. Although the signal from the surrounding hotels is clear and steady! And they are further away! I turned to him - "we can't do anything." But the music screams like near a jet plane! And especially low frequencies. And not less than 24 hours! I looked out on the balcony at night-boom-boom screams like a hundred-ton hammer, two couples are dancing!!! And the other fifteen hundred people are plugging their ears! At night, the lobbi area is treated with a cleaning vacuum cleaner. At first I thought that a heavy trailer was humming on the street. When I realized it, I complained to the reception. The answer is that you are outraged, close the windows! The only thing worthy of praise is the chefs! To me, it's very dignified!
We were at the hotel from August 23, 2019 to September 2. I really liked it. The rooms are cozy and clean. The hotel building is well renovated both outside and inside. The air conditioners are working. The area is very beautiful. Greenery, flowers. There is a swimming pool on site and in the building. There are water slides for children. The food is very tasty. Themed dinners are great. The waiters and bartenders are very attentive and friendly. The sea is warm, clean, and transparent. The beach is clean, well-groomed, there are a lot of sun beds, there is enough for everyone. I especially liked the spa complex. A very nice cool team. Massage is done from the heart just super. I really liked the massage therapist Ibrahim. Special thanks to Director Alvina. A very attentive and responsive girl. As well as Roma and Tilek. Very good guys. Thanks everyone. The rest was great. I'll be back again!
We rested from 4 to 10. ANNEX number 5108. The room is normal , the food is full , the animation is super , the staff is friendly .
Thanks for the rest! A solid four !
We rested together. July 2019. I liked it, even very much. we got a room on the ground floor with a spacious balcony, which was very pleasant. We cleaned well, every day. Drinks, food - I liked everything. Especially the food. The food is sooo delicious)) the beach is nearby. If you want to swim in the sea, you want to go to the pool. Beauty)) of the cons: the Internet!!! Free Internet in the lobby is limited to 400mb for the whole vacation!! It's very small. Next, you have to buy the Internet without options (( it turns out to be a complete ruin. That's what really upset me. In other hotels, the lobby is always unlimited. And here these 400mb can be spent in 2 days, and then you will have to pay quite a bit ((and for each phone separately. It will not work to distribute the Internet to family members - the wi-fi connection will be interrupted immediately (so this is a big minus, keep in mind. Excursions were bought at the agency across the street - March traveler. It is 2 times cheaper there than at the hotel to take it. And the excursions are no worse) and even when we went on an early excursion from a third-party agency in Lucida, they reluctantly accepted our request to collect a lunch package, saying they did not buy the tour from them... but we were obliged to collect such a lunch package wherever we bought the tour! So if they refuse you, insist. Otherwise, we were satisfied with everything)
It's terrible, you come to the hotel to relax, you think well, 5 stars, you understand that the top five was put here with tension, this hotel did not even dream of a top five! Food yes, no questions, They advertise the pier, but it belongs to another hotel, being in this hotel they will tell you sorry The pier is not yours! And most importantly, what is ANNOYING here IS VERY LOUD MUSIC UNTIL 00:00 no one is sitting on the dance floor, the staff, as they say, drives a little music for themselves! And then adult children relax here, and no matter how the music is played with a Russian mat, I don't think anyone will like it. If you want to fly away urgently, like me, to change the situation to a calm sea and rest calm for 5-6 days, this hotel is not for you!
We rested at the end of March-beginning of April 2021.
Despite all the covid restrictions, everything was fine.
Prices are very low, there are few tourists, the nature in and near Chamyuva is very beautiful.
We have been vacationing since August 20, 2020, a very good hotel, but only a good 4, but this did not prevent us from having a great rest for adults with children of 9 years old, the sea is wonderful, the food is decent, and the water park. Everything is great, but 10 days is not enough.
Overall, everything is fine. Friendly staff, very close to the beach, delicious food, more or less entertainment program. Of the cons: the hotel is declared as ultra all inclusive. As far as I know, this implies the presence of alcohol of world brands. But this, unfortunately, was not the case. Room cleaning is not very frequent, but tolerable. Narrow balconies where you can't sit, just hang things. It will be very difficult for people in the body to go out on the balcony. In general, everything is fine, but it feels like the hotel is still not 5, but a very good 3 or average 4.
We rested here at the end of June 2019.
A wonderful hotel, I would not hesitate to go again. The area is very beautiful, colorful with a wide variety of plants and flowers. Very convenient access to the beach. Nice and cozy rooms. I would also like to mention the hardworking, responsible, patient and friendly staff.
Of the minuses, one can only note the terrible Russian music in the evenings, but this can also be understood, probably)))
We are resting in this hotel now. The hotel is suitable only for those who want to listen to screaming music from morning to night. Even in the room. Wherever you get it. You will listen to music day and night. It's like you have a speaker under your ear. It is impossible to sleep either day or night. For those who are looking for a relaxing, family vacation, this is definitely not for you.
A good hotel, not five stars of course, but very close to them. The rooms are clean, there is a private area between the hotel and the beach. The kitchen and restaurants are separate, there is no noise from the animation. The animation and parties are quite fervent. For children there is a mini club with a small pool and of course a playground. There are water slides, two of them, quite decent. The hotel has its own beach, it is divided into two zones: for smokers and for non-smokers. In general, the hotel is good, without obvious frills, but with its own charm. The food is delicious, there are themed evenings and, accordingly, the kitchen for them, who managed to do well, who did not, then go to the restaurant. The village of Chamview is small, the only attractions are the figures of bulls on the alley of tourists and an abandoned hotel, it is very beautiful and admission is free.
In September 2018, I vacationed for the first time in Turkey at this hotel with my family of 5 people. We have booked a family room. Everything looked very beautiful in the photos at the travel agency. When we arrived at the hotel and went to our room, I was terrified. Firstly, the room was dirty, the bed linen did not correspond to a five-star hotel, but to one star (old, stained and full of holes). Secondly, the family apartments are small, located on the top floor under the roof and low. Contacting the administrator with a request to move into other apartments was the answer: You didn't come here to live, but you can sleep in this room. The entertainment program is mainly for children. I didn't have enough fish and seafood to eat, but there was a lot of meat. I was pleased with the friendly staff at the restaurant and bars. The sea is close. There are many excursions, and there are markets and shops nearby. A 3-star hotel.
I liked the hotel, despite the rest long before the season. The kitchen is awesome, we didn't have time to get hungry and it's time to eat again (lunch, dinner, ice cream time, tea in the lobby... In general, neither we nor the child of 1.8 years old remained hungry). The territory is simply unimaginable beauty, it is always tidy, the staff is friendly and friendly. In general, I liked everything.
Now about the wishes for the hotel.
* Sound insulation is poor (the balcony group should be changed).
* I suggest introducing a radio/video babysitter. The child slept for 4-5 hours in the afternoon! (walking in the fresh air worked well). Well, in the evening, so that parents can really relax (in the lobby, sit with new friends, chat, play cards).
* I would also like to establish control over house kipping. It was not always high-quality, and it was not always cleaned at all. Although the rooms of new acquaintances were cleaned efficiently (we were probably unlucky with the maid).
That's it) What I wrote in the wishes did not affect the overall review of the vacation. I liked everything. We may come back again) but we will probably not visit Turkey soon (the children are big, we can move on).
Went to an abandoned hotel 👍 It's something with something!!! You won't regret it. We went with three families with small children... And they didn't regret it. Very vivid emotions (exclusively for everyone), the huge territory of the hotel and a huge number of photos 🤗
No one is engaged in guests, everyone entertains themselves.

We had a rest from September 15 to 28, 2021. The Doleko hotel is not five stars. The hotel grounds are beautiful, but everything is gloomy inside. The rooms are shabby and dirty. On the part of the maintenance staff, neglect. The food is terrible. We were very disappointed. It is especially unpleasant from two sellers of leather goods on the territory of the hotel, annoying flies that do not allow people to rest in peace. The hotel can only be rated with a stretch of 3 stars.
The 5-star hotel no longer pulls. It was better there in 2014. There are a lot of people of retirement age. Animation is not some kind of disco of the 80s. The food is average, a lot of grilling (for an amateur). Thanks to the fruits - watermelon, plum, peach, apple, grapes. About drinks- locally produced (disgusting). The beach is not cleaned. There is no Internet!!! The only plus for 5 is the work of the waiters in the restaurant - excellent (respect for this). An average hotel.
We are vacationing in September 2020, the hotel is wonderful. Friendly staff, cleanliness in the rooms and on the territory. The sea is warm and clean. I recommend it!!!
I stayed at this hotel with a friend in March 2018. The hotel turned out to be very cozy, well-maintained, with friendly staff,
fun animation, delicious cuisine, and, most importantly, very close location to the sea. I will return to rest there again and again with great pleasure)
We had a rest in October 2019. Overall, I really liked it. About the hotel, I think it is a solid 4+, but I do not agree that everything is terrible as they write in the reviews.
Of the cons, the Internet is paid, $ 20 per device, or 400MB for any number of devices in the lobby. The family suite room is under the roof, it rested its head against the wall a couple of times, it is not very pleasant and kondey works according to his own program. But in general it was not so hot.autumn after all.
There are no juices, only a chemical yupi.
The animation is weak.
The rest is just a plus, the food is super, there is a large selection and there was enough for everyone, you don't want to grill, there is stewed, boiled, etc.
Drinks are local, you can drink, Turkish coffee in the lobby bar is excellent.
The sea is close, the beach is clean.
The staff is super! polite, at the reception, in the restaurant, the room is cleaned every day.
The territory is well maintained, green.
The weather was great, the sea was 25, the air was +30 during the day, +20 at night. But it used to be cool at sea in the evening, this is when the water is warmer than the air.
THIS HOTEL IS NOT FIVE STARS!
We stayed at this hotel in August 2019. We believe that the hotel does not reach 5*!
We were well met, at the reception they immediately give a list with tables, what is included and free of charge, what is for an additional fee and what / when it works, the staff is friendly.
The first is that we were placed in a family room (there are 5 of us), the room is cramped, standard set, there are small parts in need of repair. Ceilings! The room is under the roof, sloping ceilings and there were no rooms in any of the two adjacent rooms, your head will feel it: going to the balcony, lying on the bed / getting out of bed!
Daily cleaning service. They say to be more attentive to the maids, to put away valuables... but who knows, it didn't affect us (ugh).
Second, nutrition. It's disgusting! In a 5* hotel, the same thing every day! Morning omelets are beautifully decorated for dinner! A nightmare! In a 5* hotel, we believe that all the dishes should be enough for every visitor to the hotel, BUT no! There were evenings of "unique dishes" (probably 3 times a week), but huge queues formed for them! And whoever didn't make it, was too late. Additional meals were served from 11 to 16 at the snack bar (where fast food is served), from 15 to 16 ice cream and desserts at the bar on the ground floor of the hotel from 11 to 23.
In this regard, we are DISSATISFIED. Since we were in both 3 and 4 star hotels, where the service is 5+.
The third. The sea is nearby, it's +, the first line, the beach is sandy, there are pots for garbage, baskets for glasses from the bar.
The sea is clean, smooth - amazing (but it basically depends on the location).
A huge MINUS, there is no shower by the sea after salt water!!!! There is only a foot wash, or go back to the pool and wash off the salt water in the shower.
There are enough sun beds, there is no pier of its own.
Fourth. Animation/entertainment at the hotel is low level! Wi-Fi is paid!!! 1 hour is $1 And there are other rates for different times. And 400 MB is only free, but it's a full-fledged maximum for a day if you surf the Internet and then it only works at the reception closer to the exit.
For children - animation for 2 points out of 5. In the evening, every day there is a disco at 21 for children and everything is the same. In the afternoon, a mini club is open from 10 to 12 and from 15 to 17, children are made up with aquagrim and children's games, but play with a mustache yourself. They are being looked after. There is also a small playground for children, but it is better not to go there during the day: the coating is on fire, the slide is red-hot.
Animation for adults: NONE! The hotel is trying to maintain its youth status and the whole "movement" begins after 23 and I can't say what it is, but I know that it is paid.
During the day, gymnastics by the sea, in the pool, but the animator girls do not light up.
There is also water polo, volleyball by the sea, darts, shooting and that's about it.
Fifth. The location is about 40 km from Antalya and about 8 km from Kemer. There are no transfers from the hotel to the city or anywhere else.
The hotel has a small row of shops, there are hotel markets there.
To go to the left of the hotel and to the right and to the left there will be more corridors.
The prices are, in principle, acceptable. But the shopkeepers themselves, the Turks, BECAME IMPUDENT. Not everywhere, but many "show off" to put it mildly, and as it was before, concessions, a negotiated price, are not everywhere present.
Entertainment nearby, along the embankment to the right:playgrounds, one cafe and a number of hotels. To the left: more cafes, 5-8 pieces. That's it.
The contingent at the hotel is Russians, Ukrainians, and units of intourists. We didn't really like it.
In general, we do not recommend the hotel. It's NOT FIVE STARS, it's a solid 3.
I arrived early in the morning, I was immediately invited to breakfast, as the room was not ready. Around 11 o'clock they were invited to the room (it was nice that they went to meet us, since check-in is traditionally at 12 o'clock). The room is cozy, clean, on the 4th floor (photos attached).
Just about the pros: The hotel is on the first line, the temperature for October was super (from 26 to 36 degrees Celsius), water (from 25 to 28 degrees), it rained a couple of times (once a downpour, but it only refreshes). Friday was a Turkish evening: baked turkey was cooked, a bunch of various desserts, ice figures, music, belly dancing - everything is beautiful and delicious. There were a lot of people - the staff did an excellent job.
There are many shops nearby where you can buy textiles, sweets and other things, pharmacies, cafes (we went to one of them for crayfish). The village of Chamyuva is part of Kemer, but there is not much to see there-we bought excursions to Demre, Kekova (these islands are very beautiful, where there is a sunken city 4 thousand years BC). It was nice to swim in the sea and admire the mountains behind the hotel. The staff is friendly, most of them are Russian-speaking.
I want to mention the wonderful massage Lucy (Georgian) is just a gorgeous girl and a master of her craft! Hammam and peeling are also recommended!
You can ride slides near the pool if you are interested. after the salty sea, it is pleasant to refresh yourself in fresh water.
The rooms with sea views have amazing sunrises and sunsets - it's impossible to take your eyes off. The sun rises from the horizon around 7 a.m. and illuminates the room - you don't want to sleep right away...you come to the beach and no one is there, and here it is-the dawn is near. Sunset at about 17 o'clock - the sun goes behind the mountain, it gets dark quickly, which is logical, given the location.
Cons: terrible food, reducing the hotel category to 3 stars. On the third day, we learned to take only fresh vegetables and rice, fish, dairy products. There was also chicken, mutton, and lamb. They did not take the sausage, a couple of times they saw potatoes baked far from the first freshness. Soups were not taken - waste-free production is not interested. The desserts are delicious - they did not disappoint. Wine and beer are not very good - alcohol in Turkey is generally not good, but for an amateur. Some of the guests came and drank it from morning to evening... The Lobby bar was served perfectly (so you could take soft drinks).
For 3-4 days, I got tired of the monotonous menu, but I didn't want to spoil my vacation, so we coped with what we had. On the beach, people also "grumbled" quietly about food, and adult men loudly protested. Personally, it left a residue for me. I understand that the end of the season, everyone is tired, and people come and go like on an assembly line - but we also work for months and look for an opportunity to have a good rest (and the price tag is like 5 stars), but in fact it doesn't turn out very well ...
The contingent is mostly elderly, there are few young people. But all Russian speakers, you can find someone to talk to.
On the second day, the cleaner made beautiful swans, flowers, etc. We forgot to put a dollar - the next day we left the garbage in the sink (on purpose or forgot - it remains a mystery). The beach bag with the hotel logo was also taken out for money, although it is in the room by default when checking in.
From 15 to 16-00 ice cream (two types) - for an amateur.
Internet is free in the lobby - 400 MB. after that, $ 1 - 1 hour, $ 5 - a day, etc. there are prices at the reception. In general, if you don't really sit on social networks, then a free package is enough to communicate with text.
I will also note the animation: there was a children's disco, then for adults. it was sooo noisy for the rooms with balconies overlooking this area. It was impossible to rest - music was just playing until 23 o'clock (I warn you right away not the youth repertoire), who was drunk - burned out there to the fullest, and there are still couples with children (I don't know how it was for them). Sometimes this noise was frankly annoying.
I think the animation platform should be moved away from the sea so as not to interfere with people's rest.
We took an excursion to Demre-Kekova - it was very interesting. Demre is famous for the church where St. Nicholas served, Kekova is a series of islands - mountains, one of which was a city 4 thousand years BC, which went under water due to an earthquake. This city can be seen floating above it - it is very impressive. Demre is a small town, the prices are high (don't take anything there - it's a pointless waste of money), but you can and should walk around the church. They are delivered to the icon store (expensive), which buys goods from Greece (Athos) and Italy (Bari). It's for an amateur and depends on the degree of your beliefs.
I also took diving (for the first time): liked. It was scary at first, but then it was really cool. We fed the fish, took videos and photos underwater, swam into caves for lunch. Then they offer to buy photos and videos of your choice. There is a briefing before diving. After that, a certificate of completion of training and diving at 5 and 9 meters (only two dives).
The conclusion in general: If they hadn't taken excursions, I would have been stuck in the hotel from the monotony, BUT...if the purpose of the trip is initially "to swim in the sea and get a tan," then that's fine. If you want to hang out, please, any whim for your money. The sea and cultural and historical sites were important to me - I got them. The food upset me, but I didn't get better :))
This is the second time I will go to this hotel. I recommend the administration:change the cleaner, make a pier on your part of the beach or go into the sea with handrails, change the cook. Otherwise, remove the 2 stars next to the name of the hotel and do not fool people - your reputation suffers!
Good afternoon. I want to write a review too. For the first time in Turkey, there was a choice where to go. They chose Kemer, Chamyuva. They took LUCIDA. Dates from 08/25/19 to 08/31/19. First of all, they screwed up with the TUI operator (the meeting guide managed to "make money" when exchanging dollars for lira) and with the iFly airline (the choice turned out to be paid when choosing good seats on the plane). We arrived at 10:00 at the hotel and were told to wait until 14:00. Rooms will be ready at this time, but then we were called to the counter and told that there are rooms on the second floor plus $ 25, on the third floor with a sea view plus $ 50. We took a view of the sea. Now about the food. There was a lot of food, but it was not tasty. The chicken was not fresh for a couple of days. I wanted to tell the cooks, but I was afraid. And a crowd for lunch and dinner. The chefs cooked without a soul, for three. The territory is beautiful, but small. There is no shower near the beach. There is no animation. The number is also a three. There are no bathrobes, slippers were given only after they were asked. It's good that they also took toothbrushes with them, bought toothpaste at the pharmacy. In general, the hotel can be rated at three. I don't recommend it.
A wonderful hotel! The staff is working perfectly. The animation is wonderful. Evening activities are always good. And the location is good, closer to interesting places.
