A wonderful hotel, exceeded all expectations! From the very moment of check-in, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, ready to help with any question. The room turned out to be cozy and clean, with comfortable furniture and all repairs for a comfortable stay. The whole situation is thought out to the smallest detail, creates a feeling of home comfort. The breakfast was varied and delicious — a great start to the day! We were also pleased with the convenient location of the hotel, which provides easy access to the main attractions. Without a doubt, I recommend this place for those who are looking for high-quality service and a calm atmosphere to relax!

The rooms are pleasant to look at. Although where they walked on the carpet is immediately visible. The cleanliness and service was excellent. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant on the 2nd floor. The location of the hotel is almost in the city center, all the sights are within walking distance. The room was on the 9th floor, there are 4 elevators, you don't have to wait. The room is a single room, not big, but cozy and clean, everything that is stated is present - TV, refrigerator, safe, hair dryer. The bed linen and towels look new and clean. There's a water cooler in the hallway. The staff was polite, and all requests were handled quickly. The price included breakfast, "buffet", the choice is not huge, but everything is fresh, delicious, no one left hungry.

There are shops nearby, and if you walk to the center of the square, there are shops for every taste.
It is difficult to wait for the elevator at the hotel during rush hour, and keep this in mind.
Breakfast:the buffet. The choice is quite diverse, the food is delicious, you definitely won't stay hungry, but there is a small but significant difference... Breakfast starts at seven in the morning, and since most of the guests are tourists after all, and departure for further excursions is basically at the same time, all this mass flocks to breakfast at the same time, and a rather big queue is formed. Keep that in mind, too.

There are cafes and restaurants nearby. But we were able to order dinner at their restaurant without any problems on the first day. Their restaurants are on the 2nd and 14th floors. Breakfast is served on the 2nd in the morning, everything else is on the 14th floor. The hotel has gone through several renovations. In general, everything is clean and tidy. I recommend it for an overnight stay rather than a permanent stay in the room. There is a lot to see in Vitebsk.

I definitely give a rating of 5. We were on New Year's holidays, we stopped by on January 3, 2025 (for one night), then extended for another one. The room is simple, but very nice - clean and cozy. After a bad hotel in Minsk, we were afraid that we would be disappointed again, but we were completely delighted. The cost is quite reasonable. Very nice hotel! Nice staff. It gives off a bit of the Soviet spirit, but for me it's a plus, its own atmosphere. I stayed for one night with a guided tour. The room is large, bright, clean. Large bathroom, soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, bathrobes, towels for body, feet and hands. The bed is large, the mattress is comfortable, the linen is fresh. There are bottles of water, tea and coffee bags in the room. For breakfast there was an omelette, cottage cheese, cheese, ham, no frills, but everything is delicious. A good quality city hotel. It is located slightly away from the center. But, a very inexpensive taxi, there is public transport. Hiking enthusiasts can walk for 35-40 minutes.
The surroundings and atmosphere are slightly reminiscent of Soviet hotels :) Tomorrow is a bit meager, but, on the whole, an ordinary hotel. The combination of price and quality is optimal.
We traveled on motorcycles, so the guarded parking was a plus, although it was paid (~ 250 rubles per night from a motorcycle).

The hotel as a whole left a pleasant feeling. Yes, the rooms look simple, especially the synthetic bedspreads in the "tear out the eye" color. But, clean and tidy. Towels are changed every day. The room has a small refrigerator and even a hairdryer.
I would like to mention the staff separately. Everything is very polite and friendly.
In the restaurant, you can have a fairly budget and tasty meal. However, there are only three options for a complex dinner, I don't know if they change every week or there are only three of them.

We lived in the comfort room (more recent furniture differs from the standard) on the 13th floor. It was cool in the room, right on the edge: the temperature would have been even a couple of degrees lower, and it would have been uncomfortable to be there. However, the walls between the rooms were made of cardboard: you could hear every word from the neighbors, and the volume of the conversation was quite normal. We were lucky that they calmed down not so late, and we were able to sleep well.
I took off the star for sound insulation and breakfast. His organization is just limping along wildly. The hotel has 14 floors, and they are trying to feed everyone in a small room on the 2nd floor, in which there are 20 tables, no more. Well, it's a complete failure. We had to stand in line for food, and when we finally reached the distribution, it turned out that most of the dishes were over, and the new batch had not yet arrived.. As a result, the breakfast time turned out to be completely different from what we had planned.
The food itself is delicious, and the food quality is good.
The overall impression of the hotel remained positive.

I want to leave a review about the hotel, I recently stayed in these apartments, they were advised to me by an employee Elizabeth, a responsive girl, told me everything in detail. The room turned out to be really nice and spacious. The room had a living room, a bedroom, an office, a bathroom and a kitchenette. The room had air conditioning, which was good news. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, the food is very tasty, there is a Swedish line with a fairly diverse selection.
I will be happy to come here again!

The Luchesa Tourist and Hotel Complex
is a very comfortable hotel complex, not far from the city center. There are several shopping malls nearby.
The room is quite cozy and spacious. I stayed at the standard. It's a pity the set did not include bottled water [there is a cooler in the hallway] and, alas, there is no spoon for shoes.
Otherwise, it is quite comfortable for tourists to stay and spend the night.
There is a separate paid parking and breakfast.

There is a restaurant on the top floor, where a buffet breakfast is served. The choice is average, but everything is fresh, tasty, and warm. The rooms are comfortably sized and beautifully furnished. And now about the room: the room is spotlessly clean (and with my allergy to dust, this is extremely important), spacious. Comfortable and functional furniture. The bathroom is also spacious, with everything you need.
The choice on the buffet is not very large, but all the food is delicious, cooked at home.

We booked in October for the January holidays-there were no other hotel options. For the four of us (2 pairs), the rooms were also only Deluxe, we booked them. The rooms are huge: an office, a bedroom, a huge living room, 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette (without a stove), a hall. There is a Jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms. And we didn't use a third of the room for accommodation, of course. The audibility is strong. Breakfast, unfortunately, is not included in the room rate, it was paid immediately for all days of stay, buffet. The breakfasts are decent. Scrambled eggs, omelet, oatmeal porridge, sausages/sausages, sliced cheese and sausage, cottage cheese, Sour cream, vegetables, fruits, breakfast cereals. Tea, coffee, juices, yoghurts. On the 14th floor there is a restaurant with a panoramic view (this, of course, is a strong word). The food in it is of high quality, but without frills, quite simple. Billiards can be ordered. It's a little cold in the corridors.
But the main adventure was with the Jacuzzi. As it says in the instructions, it doesn't work this way (number 1100), you can make it work, but it's unpredictable. The plumber was in our room every day, and the Jacuzzi was still not sorted out. To the credit of the hotel, the staff is very responsive, friendly, and always try to help to the best of their ability.

It seemed cozy. There is free and paid parking. We took a paid guarded one for 8 Belarusian rubles per day. They didn't take breakfast. 25 Belarusian rubles per person for breakfast. There are shops and a shopping center nearby. The only drawback was that the windows faced the side where the night club is located and the young people there were constantly shouting loudly at night. The police came.

The hotel is conveniently located, but there were no double rooms, we lived in a family room. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave, two toilets, and a bathroom.

The staff is hospitable, quickly settled in.
The hotel has 4 elevators, they are quite small. There is 1 call button on the ground floor. If a group arrived with suitcases, then you can lose a lot of time to wait for the elevator. The elevator can accommodate 2-3 people with luggage.
There is free public parking near the hotel and paid parking from the hotel. It is quite possible to leave a car for free.
We decided not to waste time on breakfast.

A wonderful hotel, just respect!
The location of the hotel is almost perfect - everything is within walking distance.
We lived in a room for disabled people, everything is convenient! The bed, the toilet, the entrance to the room - everything is accessible by wheelchair. There are many elevators. A standard stroller comes in easily. It is very easy to get to the parking lot. There are five steps on the way, and a staff-led lift operates through them. This lift is tired, of course, but it is still coping... You cannot overcome the steps without it.
The rooms are spacious, clean, no problem. The staff is helpful and hospitable.
There is a water cooler on the floor.
The air conditioners worked only for ventilation. It was hot outside and we were kindly provided with an additional fan, after that life got completely better. A total of 5 out of 5!
The farewell to Luchesa and Vitebsk was a little sad. A beautiful city, wonderful people. Thanks!

The Luchesa Hotel (category 3***), located in the central part of the city of Vitebsk, began operating in 2004.
Since 2016, the number of rooms, numbering 150 rooms of different categories, has been undergoing modernization. Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms and public areas of the hotel. Coolers with cold and hot water are installed on each of the 14 floors of the hotel.
